Couldn't have imagined a better experience if I tried! I initially called to check availability and Wes was very friendly and answered all my preliminary questions. When I arrived, he took time to recommend a rental - the phoenix trinity 2011 (which was amazing to shoot) - and explained the reasoning behind that choice. All of his advice was spot on and he then took the time to explain grip, stance, safety, and answer the multitude of questions I had. He even took the time to let me practice with dummy rounds so I was comfortable reloading and knew how everything worked. At no point did anyone make me feel bad about being a beginner - despite there being other customers who clearly were much more advanced than me. The rentals are also very noticeably well maintained. Since this was my first time shooting at a range and I didn't feel comfortable being alone, he incredibly kindly contributed his time to come in to the lanes with me and make sure I was comfortable, doing everything right/safely, and answer further questions. I can't begin to express my gratitude for Wes spending so much of his time to make this experience once I thoroughly enjoyed. I learned so much and I can't wait to come back! I would go out of my way to come back to this place specifically - it's worth it. Thank you Wes and the team and Modern Warriors for providing a place people can learn and feel comfortable and happy at any level! They had them for over 5 months - a job that I was told would take 3-4 weeks. Months of waiting while the guns were "the next one in the booth." Yes, I talked with many people at the store including the operations director - same story, "This isn't the way we do things here. We'll get to the bottom of it." Did they? No. Custom shop doesn't answer the phone when you call. Go to the shop in person on your day off? Tough luck, Custom shop doesn't work weekends and can't be reached by anyone at the range. Finally I took my guns elsewhere. Now I see them posting pictures of Cerakote Xbox controllers and other fancy work on Insta and I realized that they can get work done on a schedule - but only if you are one of the customers they approve of. I feel that if you inform them that you are an active police officer or prior active duty military you'd get better attention than keeping it to yourself.

I purchased a new Radian RamJet for a Glock 43X based on the listing description, but what I received was a used RamJet for a Glock 43 with missing items from the 43X packaging. As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted the seller through eBay and started the return process. After several days, they finally responded, and it took an entire day of back-and-forth messaging -- including proof from both myself and Radian -- before they agreed to help resolve the issue. They offered to send me another unit from their inventory while they worked with Radian to exchange the incorrect used one. I declined and explained that I would rather wait for a refund and then decide whether to reorder. Everything seemed fine until they received the returned package and then attempted to issue only a partial refund, claiming the item was correct and only had a small scratch. Overall, this has been a terrible purchasing experience, and I hope no one else has to deal with something similar. Now I wait to see if eBay will honor a full refund.

Got caught on front end but when I got message from shipper (who are using marathon oil company logo) asking for hundreds more I knew I'd been had. Never thought I'd get scammed, lesson learned. Their websites look legit but they are definitely not a real company. I wish a pox on them, their children and their children's children.
