This was my 2nd trip to NPI. The first visit was okay-ish. Todays visit really solidified my…read morethoughts on this place. The refs were super nice and as accommodating as possible. The people behind the front desk (male and female. I'm assuming the owners) were extremely passive aggressive. Almost made it seem like they didn't want us there. They charged us $57 each. Despite their online rates only saying they are $35. We didn't argue it at the time but looking back, we defiantly should have. Our party had 8 people so we were forced to join "walk-on groups". That group was about 30-36 people and ranged from first timers to some players with top of the line guns. Not very fun for people who have rental guns and want to be on a level playing field. We asked to be split into different groups because the skill Level wasn't balanced and we were only getting to play about 1 game every 45min. The owners were super rude in their answer and just told us no. Personally I've played for years and at a lot of different locations. If you are looking for a fun atmosphere and hope to feel appreciated for spending your money at a business, I would highly recommend trying another location in Nashville. The only redeeming factor was how nice the refs were about the situation. The also tried to get us to split into different groups but the owners weren't having it. I have shopped and purchased items from many PIAS locations around the country. I normally find…read morethem convenient and fair. Disclosure: I did not see the sign on the door that read, " No food/dronks..." My mistake. We entered this store after we bought our favorite coffee and carried them in. No "hello" or "welcome in." Just, "can you leave your drinks outside?" We stopped, turned around, and exited the store never to return. If that's your rule, then fine. I however, will not be treated like an irresponsible child. Our drinks had lids and we're adults. I apologize for entering your story without reading your rule. I'm sure there's a reason for it, but I can assure y'all that I'm not part of that reason.
