The one thing I didn't like was that the fries were on the mushy side and weren't crispy. I ate a couple immediately after getting my order so I know it wasn't because I took them to-go. The fries are made fresh (you can watch them make your order) and they come out piping hot so I suspect it's the way they're being fried that causes them to not crisp up. In terms of price this place is somewhat pricey for a single meal ($20 for a large sandwich + a side order of fries) but it is also a lot of food so I think two people with regular appetites could share it. I went around 11:45 am on a Tuesday and there were a few other customers but it wasn't busy. There are only a couple places inside to sit and everyone including me took their food to-go so be prepared for that.
