You think trying to serve this to a 3 year old is acceptable? I had the Italian which was fine so no complaints there. They try to make amends by offering a cookie and gave me a coupon for a free sandwich or salad. I understand they were approaching closing time, but there was still half an hour left. The least they could do is greet a customer and let them know if there will be a wait. You do have to walk a little bit to get to Shake shack, but it's nothing crazy. You order at the kiosk which is really quick. We got two sets of fries, one 10 piece chicken nugget, a chicken sandwich and a double burger wrapped in lettuce. Overall, everything was delicious. We came home with some of the chicken nuggets and some of the fries, so next time maybe get fewer chicken nuggets for both boys. I do think we have to continue to get two fries though because they basically ate one and a half servings of fries. You grab a number and your food is delivered to your table. It was pretty quick to get the food. Everything seems very clean and there are tons of tables. I enjoyed the crinkle cut fries and the burgers and lettuce are some of my favorite. It's definitely my favorite fast food. It is a little more on the expensive side, but that is because the quality is high.
