My experience with the service help is that they are friendly, well-trained, and good at what they do. Moreover, because I DO like McDonald's in general, I patronize some McD's restaurant for lunch at least once per week either this one, 2-3 restaurants closer to my house, and while on vacation. Comparatively speaking, this particular McDonald's in my view is one of the top two in the Chicago-land area. My guess is that given the huge number of patrons the average McDonald's serves in a month/year, websites like this are more likely to net someone who has a complaint and less likely to field satisfied customers like me.
