The restaurant was typical Twin Peaks with cute staff, plenty of sports on tv & delicious ice cold beer on draft. We are creatures of habit & our orders are pretty much always the same when at Twin Peaks. Hubby has the chicken strips & fries, unfortunately this time the chicken was not hot & dry taste, most likely been sitting in a warming tray until needed. His food came out about 10 minutes before mine even though we ordered as entrees not appetizers. When my crispy mini tacos finally arrived they were delicious as usual but extremely oily. This was a first for this happening in all our Twin Peaks experiences. Asia informed us there was only one cook working & offered to get a manager for us which we declined. There would only be an additional wait for any food changes & if only one cook there would be no reason to over stress an already difficult situation.

The service was ok, not bad. The complimentary croissants were amazing and I ate far too many of them. I had to stop myself from taking some to go. They were fresh out of the oven and super soft but a tad bit flaky with delicious melted honey butter. Everyone seemed to enjoy their food. I had the salmon plate and the salmon was very flavorful with a nice well seasoned crisp around it. The broccoli was steamed but still crispy, perfect. My house salad was also great. They had my fave kind of ranch dressing. Others had chicken alfredo, blackened fish, spasagna (a spaghetti/lasagna combo) and I believe one of the kiddos had buttered noodles as part of his kids plate. There were a few minor complaints about things I don't even remember but overall everyone seemed to enjoy their food. My dad raved about their fish, his go-to dish whenever he's at Cheddar's. Although my salmon was pretty perfect, I had slight plate envy of my Dad's fish. I also tried a bit of his green beans and they were really good. I'll definitely be getting those next time.
