The staff is upbeat, attentive, and genuinely seems to care that you're having a great experience. The pizza is phenomenal! It's perfectly crisp crust, generous toppings, and that ideal balance of sauce and cheese. Every bite tastes fresh and thoughtfully made. We had a pepperoni pizza with hand tossed crust, and a mac and cheese pizza with a thin crust! Both were fantastic. We also had the balsamic chicken and arugula flatbread; another winner! We were able to give our order fairly quickly, waiting about 20 minutes for order to arrive..but I still didn't receive my iced tea. My friends had their soft drinks. I mentioned to my server about my missing drink and was told I'll bring it next. That was the last we saw of her. Someone else brought the plates out. ..." ah great I'm waiting for an iced tea.." I stated. .."I'm not your server but I'll tell her". Never saw anyone again. Sure enough the check had the iced tea charged. Lo and behold our server was now working the register as I mentioned I never received my drink. She happily deducted the amount and laughed saying, .."Yeah I forgot".

There's a reason why they had a line after 8PM on a Sunday night. This team was in sync, crafting excellence with every order. I didn't hear any murmurs and I saw nothing but smiles among the customers. My regular-size sub ( an Original Italian made Mike's Way) was a masterpiece in a sandwich wrapper. Great job!

My mom felt the same about her dish, cavatappi with a spicy red sauce and meatballs, and she said the meatballs were definitely frozen and reheated. She wasn't impressed. I fully understand that we may have ordered the dishes Pasquale's isn't known for. Maybe the sandwiches and Italian Stallion rolls are much better! If you're craving a basic red sauce joint (which I do quite often), this place will scratch the itch. That's about it, though.
