I took my computer in at 11:30 and had it back that afternoon. The owner, Chris, lives up to his…read moreword with his simple and honest explanation of the issue. He also does not gouge. He provided me with a used part rather than charging me for a new one. This was a good experience for me and my computer. The only catch is finding the shop. All you have to know, though, is that it is in the back right hand corner of the shopping center behind the Gold store. It does not have its own obvious sign above, but has one on the sidewalk.
