We recently went to Create Credit Union to open a new account and had an excellent experience…read more Upon arrival we found people in line but in no time we were speaking to Kim. We explained our "mission" and she explained that opening a new account involved going into a private office and meeting virtually with another member of their Staff. Kim asked if we had any issues with this and we replied No. While we are a little older, we understand this is more efficient and frees up the onsite Staff to work with customers with more complex requests. Kim took us into a private office and had us setup in no time. She was very pleasant and helpful. After just a moment, Alyssa came online and starts explaining the process for new customers. We were very happy with the interaction and Alyssa was very easy to work with. In no time, she had us setup with our new account. She explained that we would have to fund the account by going back to the onsite Staff. We returned to the Tellers and worked with Alex to complete the setup. Alex was very helpful and welcomed us as new members. As we were funding the account, Matthew (Assistant Branch Manager) came over to make sure everything was going smoothly. We had spoken to him on the way in and he was very pleasant. We enjoyed talking to Matthew & Alex and learning about the other services CCU offered. In no time we were new members and very happy with the Staff at CCU. We know the virtual meetings can be uncomfortable for some people but it is the most efficient and productive way to maximize your Staff. And that also helps keep CCU's services cost down and remain competitive against bigger banking institutions. Many THANKS to Kim, Alyssa, Alex and Matthew for a pleasant visit and exceeding our expectations.

One Nevada Credit Union off of Sunset and Marks in Henderson, NV is probably the finest financial…read moreinstitution I have ever dealt with. After my husband passed away four years ago, there were a lot of banking and financial issues and difficulties that I had to deal with. One Nevada very kindly and patiently walked me through each and every issue. Whether in person or on the phone, I have NEVER had anything close to a negative experience. They always go above and beyond to help me and then some. For example, I went into the branch today with my granddaughter and Miss Yvonne was so kind and helpful. Just a genuinely nice person. Again, she went above and beyond to help me with an issue that most banks don't handle. But, she found a way to help me with two separate issues I was having. One Nevada, you are stuck with me until one of us is no longer around. Love you all!!! Gail Howe

My experience with eCreditAdvisor, specifically working with Todd and Brandon, has been one of the…read moremost frustrating and disappointing experiences I have had while trying to improve my financial situation. My fiancé and I are first-time homebuyers, and like many young families, we are actively working to rebuild our credit and create a stable future for our child. We came into this process hopeful, motivated, and ready to follow professional guidance. Unfortunately, what we received instead was inconsistent communication, misleading information, and a complete lack of clear direction. From the very beginning, we were told that we had "potential" and that there were ways to improve our situation. However, as time went on, the information we were given constantly changed. We would be told one thing in one conversation, and then something completely different in the next. There was never a clear, step-by-step plan provided--no structure, no timeline, and no transparency on what actions we should take or what results to expect. One of the biggest concerns was the lack of attention to our current credit situation. Instead of reviewing updated, accurate information, it felt like decisions and advice were being based on outdated or incomplete details. When you are trusting a company to help you repair your credit, you expect them to evaluate your situation thoroughly and provide guidance based on your most recent and relevant information. That did not happen here. Throughout this process, we felt like we were being led in circles rather than being guided toward a real solution. As clients, we should not have to constantly question the advice we are being given or feel like we are not being heard. Credit repair is supposed to be about education, strategy, and support--especially for individuals who are actively trying to improve their financial standing. Instead, we felt dismissed and unsupported. It was also extremely discouraging to feel like, as young buyers trying to better our lives, we were not taken seriously. This process is already stressful enough, and instead of feeling empowered, we were left feeling confused, frustrated, and misled. At the end of the day, we were looking for honesty, consistency, and a clear plan of action. Unfortunately, that is not what we experienced with eCreditAdvisor. Because of the lack of transparency, conflicting information, and overall poor communication, I cannot recommend their services. I will also be taking further steps to report this experience, as I believe other individuals and families deserve to be fully informed before making a decision to work with this company. If you are considering credit repair services, I strongly encourage you to do thorough research, ask very detailed questions, and consider multiple options before committing. Make sure you are working with someone who provides clear, consistent guidance and truly takes the time to understand your current financial situation. This was not the experience we were hoping for, and I sincerely hope others do not have to go through the same frustration.
