They entered up saying there was an electrical issue. They had to build a box for the wiring. Okay, I'm good with that. Until then they said now it won't shit off and wanted to charge us more to figure out why. Obviously, they crossed wires somewhere. Today after being overcharged for the work they did ( lack of a better term) we got the jeep back. They left the washer fluid tank out, they didn't put the dashboard back on! The auto shop specializes in foreign vehicles, but they fix any vehicle, foreign or not. Insurance is accepted and mine (GEICO) has always authorized all claims that I've brought in. Favian will tell me what needs fixing and what can wait a little bit longer if needed. This last visit, I brought my wife's Mini Cooper. The total always 306 dollars. Insurance covered 56 dollars and we paid our deductible straight to Favian. He explained to me what the problem was, the parts that were damaged, and what would happen if I didn't fix it. Afterwards, he gave me an ETA for how long the vehicle would take to get fixed. He had it ready the next day by the afternoon. He isn't the only mechanic available, but they are all nice and friendly.

My daughter is smart but not about cars. She took her car in for repairs recently, and many other mechanics would have taken advantage of her by making up issues and phony charges. She did not present herself as my daughter, so he didn't know she was mine. This last time, she took her car because of a suspected but unconfirmed problem. He checked it out thoroughly, but because there were no problems to repair, he did not charge her at all! I can not recommend ER Auto Clinic highly enough.
