Today after being overcharged for the work they did ( lack of a better term) we got the jeep back. They left the washer fluid tank out, they didn't put the dashboard back on! The auto shop specializes in foreign vehicles, but they fix any vehicle, foreign or not. Insurance is accepted and mine (GEICO) has always authorized all claims that I've brought in. Favian will tell me what needs fixing and what can wait a little bit longer if needed. This last visit, I brought my wife's Mini Cooper. The total always 306 dollars. Insurance covered 56 dollars and we paid our deductible straight to Favian. He explained to me what the problem was, the parts that were damaged, and what would happen if I didn't fix it. Afterwards, he gave me an ETA for how long the vehicle would take to get fixed. He had it ready the next day by the afternoon. He isn't the only mechanic available, but they are all nice and friendly.
