The front staff is kind and efficient and we've had wonderful dental assistants every time. Shout out to Bryan who was so caring and accommodating in our last appointment! Dr. Kay is joyful and sweet. And then there is Dr. Chandler, I can't say enough good things about Dr. Chandler. As a parent, watching your child struggle with anxiety and sensory issues can make even routine appointments feel overwhelming. From the beginning, he has met my daughter with so much patience, compassion, and understanding. He never makes her feel rushed or pressured. Instead, he encourages her every step of the way, celebrates the little victories, and always tells her how proud he is of her. It's clear that he sees his patients as people, not just teeth to fix. His kindness has meant more to our family than he probably realizes, and I'm so grateful my daughter has someone like him caring for her. Thank you, Dr. Chandler, for making such a positive impact on her--and on us.

I knew I wanted to start Invisalign, so I went in for a consultation in October of 2024, where Evita was very thorough when explaining what I should expect in the process, the differing lengths in visits throughout my treatment, and most importantly, a transparent and comprehensive view of the finances that went into my treatment. Throughout my treatment, the team was able to accommodate my appointments to my schedule, the let me know if payments had to go out at a different time than agreed upon, I was always sent texts for appt confirmation, and my visits were timely and consistent. When adjustments had to be made, Dr. Massih was sure to let me know exactly what would happen next and gave me timeline of events as my teeth moved. I finished my treatment a little before I was set to finish, which was a nice surprise. At the end of my treatment, I got my final scans done and a comprehensive written after-care plan that was reiterated by Dr. Massih when I came to pick up my retainers. Thank you!!

We dread coming to this office due to the incredibly uncomfortable seats. As with all orthodontic offices, there is often a long wait. Unfortunately, the chairs in the waiting area break your back after about 15 minutes of sitting in them. ALL other staff at the location have comfortable seating except for the parents who are waiting and PAYING. I've heard it mentioned to the staff MANY many times over the years we've been coming here. We have five kids, so we'll never be done. But, I dread going there. The chairs are soooooo bad, that I considered changing orthodontists for our most recent child coming for braces. The chairs are THAT BAD. No one at the office seems to care. I have written feedback notes to the team, in order to not make this concern public, but they ignore. I definitely won't be returning when our last child is ready for braces. It seems odd that the office would care so little for the families coming with their kids. Very disappointed in the lack of a change after years of complaints.
