Amy the owner of the salon was the first stylist to give me exactly what I was looking for when it comes to a layered haircut! I don't think I've ever left so happy and satisfied at a salon before. She really listens to what you want. Also I've never had a stylist educate me so well on the proper ways to style your hair, especially blow drying it for volume. I can tell she is a master at what she does and also a great educator. I left there with my favorite haircut EVER and a ton of knowledge on how to style it too. She's also incredibly sweet and personable and truly makes you feel at home and like you've been friends for awhile. I'm so happy I found her salon. She has a great staff and is running the salon so well, you can tell she's a hard worker and wants to teach people her knowledge on hair. Thank you Amy!

It was an awesome experience, great haircut and color and I can say that I found my new salon! I was a little anxious when I arrived (even though my previous interactions with the owner via FB messenger and the receptionist over the phone were both examples of their excellent customer service) because: new salon jitters. Furthermore, I was the only person there all night! Didn't seem to bother anyone though and throughout my visit the entire staff - especially Brooke, my stylist, was completely attentive and I enjoyed chatting with them and hanging out in the AWESOME space! The Noble Bear has a great vibe - it's modern without being pretentious and also serene. OH I also got to snack on some complimentary chocolate covered strawberries and sip a lovely tea! What about the hair?! Everything I didn't even know I needed! I really had no idea what to do as far as color goes other than I wanted partial highlights and Brooke took the time to consult with me; my color is fabulous and natural looking! I showed her a picture of a style I wanted and again, she took the time to ask me what, specifically, I liked about the cut and how we could make it work for me. Totally precise cut and a great blow-out! She made sure to tell me that if I found something I didn't like, I could come back and have it fixed, though thankfully that never happened! You wanna know what it costs? Look at their pricing. And then be glad that you don't have to wonder what range of the typical $55 - 85 range YOUR haircut is going to fall into because they don't mess around like that, everything is flat-fee, which I really appreciate. I noticed a really cool purple neon sign in the salon that reads "Grounded in Gratitude." It's a healthy attitude that I try to live by as well. Trust that it's not just lip-service at TNBS; they salon sent me a h a n d w r i t t e n thank-you note after my visit. I was really happy with the total experience and will return!
