When your injury is too severe, unfortunately no amount of steroid injections will help. I went through 2 major spinal fusion surgeries in 2013 and Dr. Freeman has remained by my side through every step of the process. Even though my surgeries weren't hugely successful, I have felt a consistent level of concern and care by Dr. Freeman, Dr. Hamer, PA Evan Jay, and all of the nurses and front desk staff. I continue to be seen by them every 1-2 months, and always feel welcomed when I walk in the door. I am greeted by name by most of the long standing staff. Everyone is courteous and caring. Whether with medication or continued nerve block injections, they are happy to help me try to manage the residual daily pain I deal with. Dr. Freeman was also integral in diagnosing and naming some nerve damage that was incurred due to the fusion surgery, located where bone was removed from my hip for use in the fusion. About 2 years ago, I was able to have another surgery to repair this nerve damage. This led to a greatly reduced pain level I was having any time I sat in a chair. While I may never be fully rid of my back pain, this small improvement drastically increased my quality of life. For all of these reasons, I will always be grateful for Dr. Freeman and the entirety of the Redefine Healthcare staff. There can't be enough said about the importance of having continuity of care by one practice for all of these years.

She had spoken with Dr. Bryson, who was willing to see me immediately if I had time available. Dr. Bryson made me feel at ease and provided a thorough explanation of my lower back discomfort. He performed an adjustment and alignment, which alleviated my pain somewhat. On my subsequent visits, Crystal and Dr. Bryson warmly welcomed me by name. The entire staff, including the patients, were friendly. Despite the office being busy, Dr. Bryson was familiar with each patient. I thought I'd be able to be aggressive with my rehab and Dr. Patel did a great job explaining the risks of being aggressive and has given me a plan that has safely put me ahead of schedule with my recovery, I have no plans on having anymore ankle injuries but would hands down go back to Dr. Patel to be treated. Side note - I've visited now several times and all the ladies at the front desk have always been friendly. It's a very busy practice so it's great that the staff is friendly in an environment that is so fast paced.

During the course of my treatment here, I have been seen by Tova, Scott, Megan, Gabe and Gabby. All are very knowledgeable and friendly. They look that the patients chart to ensure there continuity of the workouts and stretches. I also like how there's some additional stretches and workout provided from time to time. I tried to follow the routines and committed myself to come here at least three times and week for the first month and then twice a week in the subsequent months as my pain gradually subsided and my shoulder's range of motion improved. if i had a choice to give a score of zero, i would. there is an indian man who paralyzed me for…read moreover 24 hrs. let me tell you what kind of human this was. he put me on the same label as the old gujarati women that come to see him. he started out talking down at me in hindi. after his nurse took x-rays i was looking at them on the monitor. when he came to the room, i asked what i was looking at. he got enraged and told me what would you understand looking at the x-rays? i am a md and i know how to read. showed me his fake md tag. i was awestruck. i wanted to tell the idiot that i graduated from ru new brunswick, grad school in statistics with 4.0 gpa. i am sure he failed his md exams a few times. i must find a lawyer to sue him. first when we agreed that i did not waste a day, because of my anxiety disorder i don't drive long distance unless i want to have an accident. finding this warehouse was nightmare on a heavy rainy day. no one could direct me to the warehouse. i was in tears. i had aetna till the end of dec. 2021. now, after a year, a woman with no civility called me, left me msg. and finally sent me a bill for $1200 plus. when i reached that floor, i had to pay the a co-pay of $50 and then this year i received another bill of $13.80. the man treated me as such. he threw the numbing fluid from a distance of 4'. then he injected raw cortisone on my both knees. as i was coming out i started feeling acute pain and then after 2 hrs. of drive when i came home i realized that i won't make it. in the 2 world's fair drive my dr. mark butler told me that he always uses novacane to dilute the steroid. he belongs to rwj univ associated with ru, nj. the front desk woman did not give me a receipt and looked like she stole the money. there were three useless women at the front desk and talking with each other.. ' now it is my turn to write to dr. lombardy and find a solution for my harassment by this uncivil woman. . aetna sent me medicare papers to recruit me after dumping me in 2021. i had no insurance for the entire month of january. aetna is not just a bogus insurer, they are fraud. the uncivil i will take that filthy woman for a ride if she thinks she will get away. she has a long msg with no real info. then i left msg. for her and never heard. because she is playing hookie with me. she should be fired. . today i received the 2 bill in 2 weeks of $1,200. if dr. lombardy does not get a chance to read this i am sending this email via regular mail. i never wanted to see this patel fellow . being an indian and being very knowledgeable in many areas of life, i don't believe in degrees or diplomas acquired by patels. goodbye charlie. i know french, english, spanish, russian. what do you know, patel? since i did not have the luck to be treated by you, i assumed you are very good.

They do a clinical job in getting your details thoroughly, listening to what the needs are and getting you treated. They have a great team of employees - Marie and Sonia at the front desk and Dean, Mohammad and Terry helping whenever the star physiotherapist Lauren(the Director) is not around. I've never had a problem with any of the staff, but Dr Marcus almost always has a wait because he takes his time with his patients and I think he's WELL worth the wait. I love Dr Marcus!
