There is a meal plan for everyone; even if you have dietary restrictions and/or allergies. I made a note that I have a seafood allergy and they made sure I was well taken care of. Excellent customer service - friendly, great communication, quick responses. Delivery always arrives during the designated time, is contactless, and very well packaged. The food: The meals are freshly prepared, not frozen, and ready to be reheated. Many meal delivery services are so high in sodium. Not the case with Lean Mean Meal Prep. With every delivery, a nutritional breakdown is included. Most importantly, the meals are tasty, lots of variety! 100/10 recommend!

My trainer suggested I look into a meal prep service so I could get better results and make more consistent progress. I feel like I definitely feel the difference training eating really balanced and protein heavy meals I've also been able to lose a few pounds in these 3 weeks. I am on my third set of meals, and I really love it so far. I think it is a great value for the convenience and quality and I like their selection and diversity. Their packaging is also really great, and everything is very intentional and organized. Every couple of weeks they change up the menu I appreciate being able to do swaps as well because I can't eat broccoli/cauliflower anymore Everything was really easy on the sign up and I was contacted to arrange delivery right away. Communication is consistent and great, any issues I can directly communicate with someone and it will be handled right away. I am very happy with the service, and I love supporting as local as possible! I would definitely recommend to try if you are interested in a meal prep service and are local in their service area. I think if I could offer any feedback it would be great if there were some vegetarian options or swaps available someday? My partner is vegetarian and this could have been a double client household :) but yeah understandably different target populations for different meal prep services - but just thought I would share.

The food always looked amazing but there was only one thing; I had decided to do the Ketogenic diet. After seeing one of their posts, I direct messaged the company and asked if they prepare Keto meals. I was so happy to hear back from them. Not very many meal prep places even know what a ketogenic diet is!! They asked me all the right questions too: weight, height, activity level, goals, etc. I finally decided that I would start in July and have been loving it since. My meals are properly proportioned to my keto needs and it is NEVER boring!! I am NEVER eating the same thing everyday so I am never bored. All I have to say is, thank you for making my lunch options easier. Some people have told me that what I pay is too much ($13/meal) but this is one less meal that I have to make, the quality of the food is great, and I would be spending money anyway. This is not an ordinary meal prep folks. This place to me is on the higher end because they take the time to ask what your needs and goals are. For me, I get what I pay for every time. The Kare kare was mostly dry beef and cabbage. It tasted like it was about to go bad. It had a slight sour taste. Everyone ate but hardly any went back for seconds. We had so much leftover food that got tossed. The guests didn't want to take any of it home. Some of them were forced to take some.

Every time I've been in, the servers have always been polite and friendly, and even when they're busy, everything seems to move along pretty quickly. It's a very nice modern space where you can drink if you want or sit on the patio and enjoy the sun, even busy it's not too loud which is nice. The sandwiches are consistently fresh, filling, and really well made. Their Beef Dip is wonderful, it has tender roast beef, melted cheese, and the au jus makes it an easy recommendation. But my personal favorite is the Turkey Club. The turkey, bacon, Swiss, and fresh bread are already a great combination, but you absolutely have to get their orange sweet and sour sauce with it. That sauce takes the sandwich to another level. Honestly, the sauce alone is delicious and is one of the things that keeps me coming back. Great food, friendly service, and an easy, reliable place to grab a really good sandwich. Definitely deserving of five stars!

We recently welcomed a new baby, and over the past five months, we've tried no less than EIGHT different meal prep companies trying to find something that makes life a little easier without sacrificing quality, nutrition, or flavor. We order meals for the entire week for myself, my husband, and our daughter, so finding something that checks all our boxes has been no small task. And I can confidently say this company is hands down the best we've tried! The food quality is incredible, the presentation is always on point, and I love that there's plenty of variety without an overwhelming menu. The meals are well-balanced, packed with vegetables and fiber, and the macros are fantastic. And they actually taste GOOD! Not just good for meal prep, but genuinely delicious. Even the little things, like the clean packaging and thoughtful delivery materials, make such a difference. It's obvious that a lot of care goes into every aspect of this business. After trying so many other services, I can confidently say these guys have set the bar. If you're looking for convenient, healthy meals without sacrificing quality or flavor, this is it. On Sunday, July 5, at 10:55 a.m., I received a text explaining that an unexpected equipment malfunction late Saturday, July 4, had affected their production schedule. I was given the option to receive a credit toward the following week's order or a full refund. I replied that same day requesting a full refund. I followed up on Tuesday, July 7, and was told that refunds typically take three to five business days. By July 13, I still had not received the refund, so I reached out again but received no response. I followed up once more on July 14 and again received no response or refund. This is especially disappointing because I had been ordering meal-prep meals from them on and off for more than a year. I understand that unexpected problems happen, but a business should communicate with its customers and promptly issue refunds when promised.
