But no! WE are to call them, THEY determine delivery without letting you know and said they don't contact customer because they have too many deliveries, but they have an arranged delivery date! You know who else is busy but calls?! Mulch companies! So do car repair businesses, so do many companies that deliver anything, so do Doctors and Dentists. Sun wants to risk us being home? They want to chance leaving a very expensive tree in our front yard BY the road, since this is the final destination. They are not too busy to SELL the tree, but don't ask for any other customer service.

We attempted to remove some ourselves but were quickly overwhelmed by the task. I researched native plant landscapers and came across Swamp Rose Co-op. After reaching out, Jeff, one of the owners, came to do a site visit. He was thorough in his presentation of plans and this February we had them come and do bamboo removal and plant some native trees and shrubs to act as a privacy screen. The Swamp Rose team was amazing! They pulled out over 2 tons of bamboo and roots! They planted native trees and shrubs which are thriving. Our backyard woodland meadow dreams are coming true. We have the team coming back in a few weeks to rip out the standard plants seen in the Silver Spring area (liriope, lilies, weeds) to replace with a native garden and we can't wait. One of my favorite aspects of this company is it is a co-op. The employees can be owners, and those who aren't are still paid a living wage as calculated by the MIT living wage calculator. They do excellent work! It is hard to find a native landscaper but this team is fantastic.

Less than 9 months later I discovered the unit was covered in rust and I had black mold inside my house. I called Mike many times to come look at the insert, he gave me his word he would. His business is 3 miles from my house yet he never came. A year ago I had a cold, dry house. I spent $4,300 for a insert that is worthless and cost me over 16K so far in damage to my health and house and it's not close to what it was a year ago.
