Ghosted us after we asked them to take responsibility for their error ( they didn't deny they'd made the error, we didn't even get that much...they just refused to return our multiple phone calls and emails, completely ghosted us.) When you pay in the mid four-figures for tax advice and preparation, an understanding of the tax code and a willingness to return calls/answer emails is not too much to ask.

This was errors she made on our tax preparation when she did it, why would I pay another accountant when I had already paid her for this tax preparation. Email correspondence was rude. When we talked to her on a Thursday we planned to come in on Friday and pick up paperwork and pay her. When we arrived on Friday she had sign she was closed for an extended period of time. Why was that mentioned the day before? Sorry went I hire a professional I want a professional that provides accurate services and stands behind their work.

First off all, I kept asking her if she was okay because of this wild personality change. She went on to insult me and tell me that I was treating her terribly. This is known as transference: accusing other people of treating them the way they're treating you. The only thing she should be talking to a client about is taxes. Going back to the worst of the insults she sent me, on top of the others....my doctors' patients?? That is insulting to the entire nursing profession itself but then to accuse me of treating my patients poorly when I hired you only to do my taxes? You are incredibly out of line and have no business interacting with people anymore. I would encourage everyone to either not use this woman's business or leave if you are unfortunately using her services already.
