To add on to my my previous review, Penny had the immaturity and vindictiveness to insult me as a nurse. "I truly HOPE you do not treat your doctors' patients this way". First off all, I kept asking her if she was okay because of this wild personality change. She went on to insult me and tell me that I was treating her terribly. This is known as transference: accusing other people of treating them the way they're treating you. The only thing she should be talking to a client about is taxes. Going back to the worst of the insults she sent me, on top of the others....my doctors' patients?? That is insulting to the entire nursing profession itself but then to accuse me of treating my patients poorly when I hired you only to do my taxes? You are incredibly out of line and have no business interacting with people anymore. I would encourage everyone to either not use this woman's business or leave if you are unfortunately using her services already. This woman has no respect for the Healthcare community, or for people in general for that matter. Do not use this business for any reason. read more

Amanda, I have had the same problem, with the same company. The job becomes too commplacted, they push you under a bus and continue with the abbsuive attitude. Penny was very insultive about all the work. Only did half the job and said I would need to find someone else to finish the job. A terrible company to deal with. And way out of price.Terrible!! read more

Started off really well and friendly... but didn't end well. Felt like she put frustration on me instead of staying professional and wanted to charge me more money for the job she was helping me with but at the last bill said it was a whole other service. The last sentence she sent me was "You now have no respect for my time and find no value in my services" Decided to stop working with her after that and other similar messages. read more
