HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!! I enrolled my child initially when he was in Year 1 of his school year. They…read moreseemed to be fine. Very flexible and was willing to take cash payments or else. We decided to use them regularly from the following year this September. My god they changed so quickly. First said they cannot be that flexible as its really oversubscribed and need us to commit for a full year. They were so insisting that even when half the month was finished and I suggested I will enroll from the beginning of the following month they refused. Without any viable option I agreed to pay monthly. They brought me an invoice breaking down the cost every month for 11 months. And I thought its all settled. NO!!! Paid for the next month October in full. Just before the school broke for October Autumn mid term holidays I got an sms to say something important is going to be communicated to me regarding their services. Guess what? (I never got any letter from them though) they are going to stop picking children up from my son's school as 'it wasn't busy enough to continue the service and not cost effective for them. Remember what they said about being oversubscribed? And almost forcefully put me for a full year's. Lucky I hadn't set up a standing order with my bank. I almost was in utter trouble to find another child minder within such a small time. I also said they need to send me back any dues as i aleady paid for the month where they were off for the half term. Again no letters no apologies and no final statements. Is that all? Gosh no!!!! They send me an sms at end of December. Asking me to pay them some due before the Xmas holidays as I still need to pay them!!! Called their office to speak to this most annoying person to be told that my contract was for a full year and as 'I' hadn't used their service for a full year I need to pay them in an enhanced rate which is why there is an outstanding balance in my account. I got so annoyed that firstly they never send me any letters to clarify why they had to stop and as a goodwill they should have returned a part of the fees they charged. Instead after one and half months since we moved on they are asking for more money through sms!!! When I said I am not going to pay as I didn't break the contract, , they did, this annoying lady even threatened to refer me to a debt collection agency. BEWARE ALL PARENTS. They may have some friendly staff in some of their centres but their top brass is just greedy, inconsiderate and corrupt. I am seeking legal advice against them
