I promptly told the assistant I wasn't there for any procedure, she then went and got the doctor where again after expressing my concern to take her job literally and examine or take a sample to test of the lump on my head. She again did the "exam" with her finger said I was good and not further would be needed. I am now getting charged $100 for a woman who didn't take her job seriously to have touched my head like my mother would have done. Also the entire staff is rude and snobby and snarky.
