I can't say I felt any warmth from her at all. I felt like a cog or just a number mostly. This can be an issue with some doctors. Many don't have the bedside manners we want and look for to really trust and want to come back to a doctor again. I did at least feel reassured that since most of my time was spent at her beauty clinic and not for sever skin issues she would have to deal wit, that it would he tolerable.

I promptly told the assistant I wasn't there for any procedure, she then went and got the doctor where again after expressing my concern to take her job literally and examine or take a sample to test of the lump on my head. She again did the "exam" with her finger said I was good and not further would be needed. I am now getting charged $100 for a woman who didn't take her job seriously to have touched my head like my mother would have done. Also the entire staff is rude and snobby and snarky. This office provides both primary care and urgent care. It's great being able to get urgent care from your own PCP, especially when a cold or flu hits. He is good at taking a medical history and watches long term trends.
