Dr Doumit did discuss any cost involved with Invisalign at my free no obligation no commitment consultation appointment . I even got a free whitening to complement my perfect straight Smile. I highly recommend her !

The hygienist was super friendly and spoke French and English which was appreciated. Dr. Utovac was nice & clear in his comments. I sensed that the prices might be expensive but it is in a prime location and if you have insurance, it shouldn't matter too much. I booked a 2nd appointment six months from now and while I can't say I'm looking forward to it, so far, it is better than my previous dentist.

I highly recommend Upper Hunt Club Dental Centre.

At prior dentist's office, I found myself physically clenching as they cleaned my teeth. Last week, I went to Aqua Dental for a new client assessment and cleaning, and - dare I say it - I am ALMOST looking forward to my next appointment. My first impressions of Aqua Dental were how thorough and kind they were. They explained everything to me, and I learnt so many things. I came back home and found myself passing along my newfound knowledge to my husband. The biggest bonus of all, my teeth have never felt so clean! To this day, I'm still rubbing my tongue along my teeth in awe. The dentist who did my cleaning is a perfectionist in his trade. I wasn't shamed for any of my bad dental habits (not flossing, not wearing my retainer), which helps reduce my anxiety for future appointments. I'm SO glad that I switched to Aqua Dental! I hope to take advantage of their comfort menu during my next visit, which includes things such as massage chairs, heated towels, weighted blankets. Don't be deterred by their long wait. When I submitted my request last month to become a new client, my appointment couldn't be scheduled until August 2023(!!). Luckily I was able to snag a cancellation, and got appointments last week instead.

When I was younger say 7years old, I always had a terrible time at the dentist. That never changed…read more So when I got to my 40's, I was a nervous, untrusting and ill patient. I found myself on ODSP and thought no dentist will take care of me. I had recently been very sick and was spending a lot of time getting teeth removed by a dental surgeon. Needless to say I was becoming slightly depressed and less hopeful. I was not smiling like I used to, plus I was becoming quite self conscious. I finally gave up fighting all these uncommon feelings by telling myself to quit acting so pitiful and get my behind in gear to find a proper dentist that was approved by ODSP. A friend of mine who knew that I was looking for a special dentist referred me to a place on Carling Ave. that, as she said, was not too far from you. I said to her that even if I had to go to the other side of the city I would find a way!! She told me the address, 2199 Carling Ave.and his name was Dr. P.V. Nguyen. Had a rough time pronounceing his name but when I met the man he was way more than what I expected!! Here I was, with my walker for spinal issues, standing in this new dentist's office which is very open & airy talking with a fascinating woman who said that I would be taken care of shortly. WOW!! I thought...so far so good! He offered me an incredible dental chair that when I sat in it I felt like it was like nothing I have ever felt before! Special to say the least! I even began to wonder if this cost extra! I couldn't believe my luck, he also gave me some of that old laughing gas(nitrous oxide). Well that was the first day of something special for me... going back to this dentist has become an easy chore every time I return. Thanks to the Woodroffe Dental Care Center I am now a regular at this Dentist!!

I have been going to that dentist office for years when it was Dr. Dessureault's clinic. However, the last 2 times that I had appointments there (March 2025), I was made to wait an hour each time! I was left sitting in the waiting room and no one said anything to me. After a half hour, I approached the receptionist and asked how much longer I would have to wait. She said, Oh, the dentist had an emergency! I said, well I had an appointment scheduled and no one mentioned that he had an emergency and it was going to take long and it would have been appreciated if someone had mentioned it to me! She said well, it shouldn't be much longer. I waited again another half hour without anyone asking if I'd like to re-schedule. I had to once again approach the receptionist and asked if I should re-schedule. Then she said oh, yes, I think so, so we re-scheduled for the following week. The following week, I showed up 15 minutes early. I checked in. She said ok, it shouldn't be long. I said to myself, I am going to give them 15 minutes and if I'm not seen by then, I'm leaving. I waited and waited and even waited an additional 15 minutes, so 30 minutes in total and they still didn't call my name or give me any reason for the long wait once again! I just got up and left without saying anything. I never received an apology or a phone call to this day! I guess after all these years, I am not a valued customer!
