At prior dentist's office, I found myself physically clenching as they cleaned my teeth. Last week, I went to Aqua Dental for a new client assessment and cleaning, and - dare I say it - I am ALMOST looking forward to my next appointment. My first impressions of Aqua Dental were how thorough and kind they were. They explained everything to me, and I learnt so many things. I came back home and found myself passing along my newfound knowledge to my husband. The biggest bonus of all, my teeth have never felt so clean! To this day, I'm still rubbing my tongue along my teeth in awe. The dentist who did my cleaning is a perfectionist in his trade. I wasn't shamed for any of my bad dental habits (not flossing, not wearing my retainer), which helps reduce my anxiety for future appointments. I'm SO glad that I switched to Aqua Dental! I hope to take advantage of their comfort menu during my next visit, which includes things such as massage chairs, heated towels, weighted blankets. Don't be deterred by their long wait. When I submitted my request last month to become a new client, my appointment couldn't be scheduled until August 2023(!!). Luckily I was able to snag a cancellation, and got appointments last week instead.

Other dentists have been a disaster. Dr. Walters had solutions to all of my problems and the training and technology to make it happen. When I needed to get cavities replaced he knew to shrink the nerve first before putting on a permanent filling. My previous dentist did not and I ended up with a root canal. Dr Walters had a simple modern appliance for my teeth grinding, my previous dentists wanted to sell me a complicated 'old' style appliance. As a result of all of my experience with Dr. Walters, he's the only dentist I've ever trusted 100%.

Filled out the form, the next morning I was called first thing in the morning. I was in the next day. Staff were very friendly upon entering and getting me all set up. Waited on the comfy couch while watching a little girl come out from the back with a smile on her face. Must have been a good experience. Moments later I got a full tour of the office, sat down in the dental chair and the assistant went through all the things they offer for comfort. Very friendly Dr. Sidon came in and greeted me we chatted for a few moments and he went to work. I had a filling fall out with a broken tooth was the reason I came in. Even as an adult there is still a bit of fear but Dr.Sidon did all the right things and went over all the treatment options I had available. I did opt to have my back molar removed and Dr.Sidon took great care of me during the entire experience. I will definitely be going back and I highly recommended this office. Obviously any place that needs to maintain a new look has to go through renos and construction to offer better services,newer look and hospitality for their clients. Having said that they should not have been operating but still offered to treat clients in order to accommodate their needs.

Dr. Wakter has rescued me on several painful occasions.  On one case, his immediate intervention allowed me to proceed with urgent cancer surgery a few days later. Krystal and Candice make everyone feel genuinely welcome. They prepare and submit all the forms for quick insurance claims. They even check in at home,  after extensive dental proceedures, to make sure I'm ok.  Awwww. Candice helps patients by showing relaxing animal videos to distract while getting frozen or when she is taking XRays. Brenda makes getting your teeth cleaned a happy event.  I've never had more fun being "picked on" and always leave with shiny white teeth. If you are in the market for a new dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Wakter and his amazing staff.  You won't regret it.

It was redone, and then followed up and the infection cleared up and the tooth feels great. He was extremely calm and made me feel really comfortable. Really recommended.
