Also, before arriving, they had tickets listed $100 online and on another site for $50 and also in ResortPass. Luckily, upon arrival and a group of 8 girls, we were not charged. We ended up staying offsite and got sucked into a 4k minimum table by the pool because they said we wouldn't get in otherwise. That wasn't the case, guest or not was walking in without any problem. While we thought we could easily meet our minimum, that isn't the case because the service team takes 30 min to bring out drinks. Also, the food takes an hour to come out. Lastly, as a table, you're being forced to pay a 20% tip outside the minimum for mediocre service at best. Avoid paying for a table, it's not worth the stress or $$. I think the W management needs to look for a new company or leadership to run their pool parties. Hope this helps someone to not fall into the same trap.

We had 25 boys at our house and he kept the kids from getting hurt by stopping any dangerous horseplay by blowing his whistle and giving clear direction without being mean or intimidating. So an update 1)…read moreAnother new GM. 3rd one in the last yr. This one has been denied the job several times at a couple locations. Hired in house with no tennis experience. Tennis side of the club is livid 2) Renovation to Men's wet area are 15 months in and dry sauna works, nope, closed for the 3rd time this month. New tile is cracking .... 3) New Tennis director teachs at the club and has applied 5 times and on the 6th attempt gets the job. FyI 6tennis directors in 8 yrs Members pay the same monthly dues but Members who have been around have groups taking 7 or 8 courts every week and are not required to make reservations. THEY ARE GRANDFATHERED IN, per the new GM, Micki. OTHER members are required to get up at 4:55 AM, 48 hrs in advance to "maybe" get a court.

The tech Richard was very patient as he explained to me. What needed to be repaired and got it all done the same day as the initial visit which worked out because he didn't have to order parts. I use the pool regularly, even though I swim like a cat, I don't feel judged. The pool is comfortable and accessible. My husband uses the work out and cardio equipment and we both attend different classes. Tai Chi has been particularly good. I also use the spa and go for a 30 minute buff and fluff twice a month. But we've had guests and family use the spa and there is every level of massage, in addition to other spa services. The lockers rooms are clean and nicely updated.
