It eventually got to the point where my car wouldn't cool down at all and if I didn't roll all four windows down, I would sweat profusely. So I gave in and took it to Rel. Thankfully, it ended up being a simple fix. The pump filter was clogged up and needed replacing. Rel was able to get it working brand new again. I dropped it off at 1330 and he had it back to me by 1600. Total came to $70 bucks, parts and labor. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle to Rel if you're having car problems. His pricing is fair and in my experience, service is prompt.

With Double Auto only about 10 minutes from closing, I was worried I might be out of luck. From the moment I walked in, the gentlemen in the office treated me with kindness and urgency, simply saying, "We've got you." Not only did they check the low tire, but they also aired up all four tires to make sure I could get back on the road safely. What meant even more was their generosity. I offered a tip as a small thank-you, and the young man politely declined. That level of honesty, professionalism, and genuine care is rare these days. I'm incredibly grateful for their help and for the peace of mind they gave me before a long drive. Double Auto truly went above and beyond, and I deeply appreciate the kindness and good karma they showed me. Highly recommend! Thanks for not letting me being from Cali - against me - :)
