It eventually got to the point where my car wouldn't cool down at all and if I didn't roll all four windows down, I would sweat profusely. So I gave in and took it to Rel. Thankfully, it ended up being a simple fix. The pump filter was clogged up and needed replacing. Rel was able to get it working brand new again. I dropped it off at 1330 and he had it back to me by 1600. Total came to $70 bucks, parts and labor. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle to Rel if you're having car problems. His pricing is fair and in my experience, service is prompt.

Well we had our van in this shop back in 2018 for a transmission repair. It was good then until…read moreabout a year later the van started having issues again. Brought it back in since, at the time, we trusted this shop. Only to find out this shop wasn't as honest as we thought. They had to again do a major repair on our engine. We got the van back with a new leak. Come to find out the transmission they "repaired" was faulty. They AGAIN repaired the transmission. To only try and send it back to us with a leaky issue. It took then OVER A YEAR to fix the issue. Now here I am again with my check engine light on. Take it to a new shop. Only to find out one stop auto, who I will say refused to warranty their work after the 2nd time repairing our transmission cause I complained and turned them Into the DMV and they didn't like that....my transmission was not repaired correctly by one stop auto and now I need a 3rd transmission! One stop auto did not stand by their work or honor any future repairs because they KNEW they didn't repair it right the 2nd time either. So glad this company is now permanently closed. But also it isn't good because now who do I go after for the repairs I paid lots of $$$ for? Sad to see so many people scammed by this company and now I'm stuck paying for a 3rd transmission to another shop. I hope the owners of this now closed company are ashamed of themselves!
