Do not order online from this business unless you are prepared to deal with bait-and-switch retail tactics.I bought items under a standard percentage-off promotional discount. At no point during checkout, on the listings, or on the final invoice was there any mention that the items were final sale or non-returnable. Retailers are legally required to disclose return restrictions before taking your money, not invent them after payment clears.The real misconduct happened during the return process. Their own automated system cleared the items as fully eligible for a return while locking out actual final sale goods. Instead of honoring that, customer support stepped in through email and manually blocked the return. They claimed discounted items are automatically clearance based on a generic policy link buried elsewhere on their site.When confronted with the fact that these terms were never disclosed at checkout and that their own system approved the return, they simply refused to resolve it. Concealing return policies at checkout and manually overriding your own system to trap customers into keeping merchandise is completely dishonest. Take your business to retailers that actually operate with basic integrity. read more

From Jacksonville and while in town stopped in. Right away fast greeting, and immediately seeing signs of what makes a great fishing tackle center. Our great local shop is pretty dense. And I liked the extra elbow room to breath in this shop and selections and type or gear was very well organized. And they had premium gear and good prices. 2nd or 3rd trip I'd have it memorized and feel at home. I had ordered a rod some time ago and had a funky defect in the reel seat. I set it aside for some time and I'm not one to stir up anything so had kinda wrote it off. But happen to interact on a Facebook and was going to be in town on business and they said bring it by. Well to my surprise they swapped it out which I was not expecting at all. But so happy they did. I finally get to try out a premium chaos rod and see what all the hype is about. I liked the quality I seen and purchased a matching rod to put on a pair of shimano 8000 Saragossa reels. I can't wait to try them out. I wanted to take the time to write a longer review. They did me right. And probably what I'd call above and beyond because it had been some time. But I'm happy they did and I hope you too walk in and receive a premium experience. read more

Not only do they have a huge assortment of custom rods but they carry a huge inventory of all things fishing. Spinning, casting, baitcasting, fly, you name it they got you covered. Beautiful store with all your fishing needs. However, there were three employees not wearing a mask all at the same time. One young employee kept his mask on and pulled it down every time he walked behind the register, which is completely unprofessional. Not to mention they weren't even wearing proper masks, just ties around their faces that constantly fell down exposing their noses for the few seconds they actually cared to keep them on. I felt completely unsafe in this environment with the carelessness and lack of concern for other's health. Not to mention there was no hand sanitizer by the exit, only glass cleaner. First time going to chaos it was recommended by a close friend. Very familiar with the brand from when they were in Lake Worth. Took One of my Reels to get repaired and two to get serviced. The reels came out great and we're done in a timely manner, my only complaint was I got charged for two repairs when it should've been two service and one repair. When I gave them a heads up about the error. I was informed that is how the system puts them in and they cannot do anything about it. If you take reels to get repaired and serviced I would suggest you put them on separate tickets so this doesn't happen to you. read more

Worst customer service ever! If it wasn't for the 16year old kid those guys wouldn't know how to do anything!!! Maybe if you're a rich white guy they'll give you the time of day! I spent a good deal of money on a custom rod and they didn't even ask if I liked it or if everything was ok. The whole process was like pulling teeth. They took twice as long and then tried to tell me they forgot to charge for an extra $40...not my problem. Horrible customer service. Rude, unprofessional. read more
