When I saw this truck 18 months later my head about came off from twisting and doing double takes so fast. I had tacos with carnitas (shredded pork), rice and beans. The street tacos were generously loaded with meat, HOT to touch, and came with onions, Cilantro and salsa. The meat was so good, even better than most of the trucks in Tacoma, WA. They appear to have been steamed? I did not see or taste any oil on them. The beans come with the crumbly, traditional Mexican cheese on top. So good! And the rice had an excellent orange color indicating they didn't skimp on tomato sauce, and had a perfectly light addition of peas and carrots mixed in. Soo good!

The food truck has been at our local brewery two weeks in a row and we tried it both times. The first time we ordered through toast on their site; super easy and ready super fast. The second time we ordered and ate on site. The truck is simple but has a legit pizza oven on board with good customer service. We had the chicken BBQ, the Margherita and the Prosciutto. The size is perfect for one person. The second time the red sauce was a bit heavy in the pepper but still fresh and made to order. So glad to have a great food truck to add to the rotation!

I didn't know you could make baskets of french fries that are this good! I mean, I'm a normal person; I love french fries ... But they had these amazing themed baskets which become meals in themselves! Fries were crisp and fresh - much better than what you typically get in a restaurant. These are made fresh for you; not in batches for several customers and sitting around for a waiter/ waitress to bring them to various tables. We had the Mediterranean basket which all three of us loved and we also got a smaller order of sweet potato fries with Old Bay and homemade aioli (I assumed this would be a snack and had no idea how much food we were ordering!). Portions were really big ... And so good! We saved some sweet potato fries to (re)roast at home to share it with housemates. The sauces were okay but these are 100% overly priced fries with decent sauces. 2 stars for offering vegan options that aren't typically vegan with the pesto aioli sauce. Advice would be to invest in your main product and actually make your own fries or search for a better quality fry.
