Within just one week, we got more than 10 offers, many above asking price!! We took the offer we liked the best and proceeded with the deal. Our biggest obstacle was cleaning out the house, so Abigail and George referred to us two great companies to help out. They also continually checked in the whole time, to see if we needed any other help whatsoever. When we lost an important paper, Abigail helped us get another copy and even printed it out for my Dad since she knew he was busy cleaning up and might not even have a printer working anymore. Abigail said she thought of my parents like her own and she meant it 100%! On the final day when they had to hand over their keys, my parents still weren't fully done cleaning out, so Abigail herself helped move things and disassemble things (I'm sure George would have too, but he was at another appt). She even stored some stuff into her own car and brought it over to my sister's to temporarily store for my parents.
