Surprisingly, Botox can also be used for grinding and clenching in lieu of wearing a night guard... My consultation with KATIE went very well. She took her time to explain to me about the risks of lasers on different skin types. Me having some ethnic type skin but, being fair skin could have potential risks such as skin darkening... So instead of just going for the LASER she suggested trying the creams first. Products like retinol and products that protect the skin from sun damage. She was very professional and realistic. There was no up sale or pressure of any kind... My husband has been a patient here for at least 10 years. He could have easily find a facility that's closer to home but, he would rather drive further for better quality and care... All the staff were very friendly, welcoming and professional... I debated for a long time whether to leave this review, but ultimately I feel that people considering this practice should hear about my experience. A little over two years ago, I underwent several procedures here, including a deep plane facelift, rhinoplasty, neck lift, liposuction, and earlobe reduction. Unfortunately, my results were far from satisfactory. I ended up with multiple complications and cosmetic issues. I have a visible hollowing/depression along my lower face that is especially noticeable when I smile. My jawline contour is uneven rather than smooth and straight. My nose actually appears more crooked than before surgery, remains quite bulbous, and the breathing issues I hoped to correct were never resolved. I also developed pixie ear deformity after the facelift. The emotional impact of these results was significant. To make matters more confusing, the surgeon who performed my surgery later disappeared from the practice. I was never given a clear explanation as to whether he left or was no longer employed there. The practice did offer some corrective procedures. A fat transfer was performed to address the hollow area in my face, but the fat did not survive, so the defect remains. They also repaired the pixie ear, but I was left with a noticeable scar beneath the ear. For the remaining issues, I was essentially told that I would need to undergo additional surgery and pay for it myself. More than two years later, I still have breathing problems, persistent tightness in my neck, an uneven jawline, and cosmetic concerns that were never resolved. After everything I have been through, this experience has been deeply disappointing, and I would not recommend this practice to anyone. read more

I had a breast lift and implant replacement. The procedure was not right to begin with. Dr Clark performed to more surgeries to correct the mistakes The 3rd surgery he performed in his office while I was awake. When that surgery failed he told me he was leaving the practice but I should see his colleague Dr Rossi to correct. I met with Dr Rossi who suggested I saw Dr Clark because he was cheaper but he Dr Rossi could correct the problem for another $21000. O had already spent over $30000. I finally had the botched surgery corrected by another plastic surgeon who stated after he did the surgery that o had 2 different implants and the id card they give you after surgery to identify the specific implants in case of a medical emergency was not even the correct card for either implant. Tho correct the botched surgery I paid another $21000 I reached out to Changes Plastic Surgery and them to please and least reimburse me for the botched surgeries. They said no. I am out over $50000 and Changes Plastic Surgery abandoned me and has caused me severe pain and suffering after 4 major surgeries. I would never recommend anyone go there read more

My wife traveled from out of state to see Dr. Rossi based on glowing recommendations from a friend who had positive experiences with him. My wife underwent body sculpting and a breast lift & augmentation in Nov '22. While the body sculpting was satisfactory, my wife was extremely disappointed with the breast lift & augmentation The results were far from what she requested - the cup size was two sizes smaller than what she asked for, her left breast looked disfigured, and the scars were very large and visible. When we brought these issues to Dr. Rossi's, he was dismissive and sent us a copy of our contract, where he or his staff highlighted "it could require multiple surgeries to deliver the intended results" and a quote for a second surgery. To make matters worse, during my wife's first post-op appointment, we discovered that Dr. Rossi was out of town, and a nurse conducted the post-op care. Unfortunately, this was done incorrectly, further compounding the issues. Fortunately, my wife found a surgeon in Arizona who specialized in fixing botched augmentations. Using the same inspiration photos delivered to Dr. Rossi, my wife received exactly what she requested (size, shape and barely visible scars) from the second surgeon. The second surgeon was reluctant to comment on Dr. Rossi's work but when pressed, he shared his opinion - Dr. Rossi did not cut the muscle wide enough which created the disfigurement. We chose Dr. Rossi for his reputation, expecting world-class care and results, and paid a premium for it. Regarding their facelift (used to be called something else as mini-lift but now called deep plane, I guess) your hairline in front of your ears will disappear looking like a cancer patient (lopsided from one ear to the other) and they will tell you "well contact so and so doctor and they can implant" with no concern for error at all and really no care. They will give you blood pressure-lowering medication if your BP is even slightly high (I mean slightly) at the pre-op appt. Then, you might end up in the hospital days later for colonic ischemia with stitches still in your head. I did. BP too low for longer than 12 hours and my colon got necrotic. They say your nerves in your neck will grow back eventually. Nope, numb for over 3 years. I give 2 stars since the result is partially what I wanted in facial structure since I was not picky in the beginning. But that hairline near my ears is freaking annoying me! read more

I went to Changes for a consultation because I had been given the recommendation by a trusted friend. Although her surgeon had retired,I was booked to see Dr. Rossi. I went in thinking I simply needed breast explant surgery since I had my previous implant procedure done in 2002. Dr. Rossi immediately saw that I needed much more extensive work and it was explained to me very well. I was definitely a challenge for Dr. Rossi -- I am 51, very fair, thin skin, and thin build. Hello Dr. Lee, I signed the release because you asked me if you could show my arms on your website not my face because you said, you liked the way my arms turned out. They look fine from the front but the back are all bumpy and uneven. This is why the release form I signed clearly says "no tattoos" on it!! I did five additional Z wave sessions at your office and paid $500+ on top of the $50,000 that I paid you for my surgeries and that did not help. You should also warn your patients that they could possibly get "Bell's palsy" a.k.a. "facial paralysis" if they have a face lift from you. And also if you are going to send a patient a Breast implant recall letter you need to make certain that they are part of the recall. Very unprofessional and unethical to say the least. read more

Do not go here for a consultation unless you ABSOLUTELY know you will be getting a SURGERY procedure done. I paid the $150-$200 (I can't remember exactly how much) consultation fee for a procedure, which I was okay with paying because they told me it would be applied to the procedure of my choice. Well I decided to not go ahead with my rhinoplasty, but had decided to get a laser or chemical peel instead. When I called for prices, the receptionist told me that I could NOT apply my consultation fee towards a laser or chemical peel. What the heck? So basically I am out $150-$200 + my time and I have absolutely NOTHING to show for it. Oh and by the way. The laser procedure (ActiveFX) is a $2,000 procedure. You would think they would apply my consultation fee to that as it is almost as much as a tummy tuck!! The actual facility is very nice and Dr. Lee and his staff do seem highly skilled and are professional. I just wouldn't go unless you know for a fact you will be getting your procedure done there. read more

My whole life growing up my eyelid folds were not symmetrical. I had one monolid and the other had a fold but was not consistent.
