You can't justify cancelling an appointment since it was with you, and not the individual with mental health issues (who isn't the owner and not responsible). Then I went to a neighboring salon and asked for Carmel ombré highlights and it became a longish cinged orangish hot mess and all uneven. I had been considering a short cut for about a year having little kids and being busy, but I didn't trust anyone to cut it, and because my hair is very thick, it just looks weird. I could never get some Tswift or Jennifer Aniston looking piecey pretty bob. My stylist today at Stephen James Aveda changed that for me and gave me an awesome haircut!! Never have I had compliments on my hair so much short as I have long. My husband is in love with it. She knew exactly what I was asking and I knew I could trust her when she fixed my bad ombré and it looked perfect. I wanted it a lot lighter than if turned out, but it's so much better that I can't complain. I highly recommend this place. I didn't have to sit and tell my life story. I got to relax. The stylist looked very young, not someone you'd picture as a seasoned experienced stylist, but wow, she proved me so wrong. I tried to get an appointment next door at La Marquise, but I wasn't feeling the vibe there. They really weren't happy to have my business like Aveda. I'm going to try and head over there again tomorrow to get the products she used... I really had no idea how awesome Aveda was until now.
