Rather than immediately starting the series of medications my physician strongly recommended, I chose a different path. My decision was influenced by my mother's experience--after being diagnosed in her early 60s and following a conventional treatment plan, she faced irreversible cognitive and mobility challenges within eight years. However, I do take a baby dose of blood pressure medication (please do your research and consult with your doctor before making any medical decisions). Natural Healing Ways has been an invaluable part of my journey toward long-term health. If my progress continues, my A1c levels will soon be within a range that even the AMA considers non-diabetic. My goal is to lower my blood pressure to a point where my physician agrees that medication is no longer necessary. I discovered Claudia Weitkemper and Natural Healing Ways through my wife's recommendation. I began with a consultation, laboratory hair sample testing, and weekly sessions, combined with a personalized supplement regimen. The results were immediate and profound. Driving home from my first session in the East Bay, I noticed a significant difference in how my body felt. Through ongoing evaluations and tailored supplement recommendations, Claudia has played a crucial role in my health transformation. I have gained a deeper understanding of how stress hormones impact my well-being, detoxified my body from environmental toxins identified in my tests, and learned how to make consistent lifestyle adjustments that are within my control. Most importantly, I have been empowered to take full responsibility for my health. I now have the knowledge and tools to support my well-being naturally.
