I visited Chang Optical department and was fortunate to meet Janice Edkins who helped me even though I didn't have an appointment and just needed some advice. They were damaged in such a way that they couldn't be repaired, but she was so accommodating even though I wasn't going to be able to do anything with them there. She gave me some ideas so that I could follow up with the company through their New York store. She was knowledgeable and professional as well as kind and interested. They are very concienscense when it comes to your eyes, my husband had cataract surgery this year ,2022, in both eyes and he is thrilled at the results and the doctor who performed the surgery.
