I sought their services about 2 & 1/2 months out from a "small-moderate" size event (80) located across the street from their Gurnee location. Initially, Monia, the consultant, sent me the information I requested and as my inquiries increased so did her lack of response to me. After finally speaking with Monia's assistant, she was able to follow through with my request to view the glassware I was interested in. Monia emailed me and told me the glassware would be available for viewing on Saturday. I responded to ask if there was any time that was better for her. I, of course, did NOT receive a response (as I had become accustomed to) so when I arrived to see the glassware on Saturday as directed, Monia had absolutely NO idea where it was and spent the next 20 minutes searching for what had been placed in the cabinet in the show room. This is a testament to Monias investment in my affair as well as their level of communication with one another. When I asked Monia about the various emails I had sent without response she failed at true business acumen. She made up excuses.., she was sick, she was out of the office.., she was sorry. Really? In the end, I was sent a quote with extraneous costs that were never discussed. The old "switch and bait?" When I questioned them Monia told me that "things have changed". I attempted to appeal to the fact that I had the terms in writing from emails I had exchanged with them but I was told that "it has changed". When I asked to speak to "her boss" whom she referred to as the one making decisions, she again went down the "excuse path"..., he was not in either location, he did not have an email address or phone number AND..., drumroll please.., he was "going out of town!" The icing on the cake!!! To speak to her integrity, Monia told me that I had started the process "months ago" and that she had weddings that start planning a year or two out. Does this make sense to you? Is she saying that she CAN honor information provided by AAA TentMasters that is older than 2-3 months? But she CANNOT honor information provided within the last 60-90 days? I'm confused! I realize that AAA has been in business for a long time and I'm sure that they do well with their BIG events. However, for us little people just looking to have a small to moderate size celebration, I have to say that they CANNOT do it! Certainly Monia is in over her head and if the owner truly cares about what happened to me, I would've expected to hear back from him by now.

I wasn't quite sure how many items I needed to order so I called to get someone's advice. I spoke with Lynn, and she was kind and gave me the dimensions of the items I was thinking of ordering. We kept in touch via email as I had to go back to the party space and visualize how many tables I needed and what sizes etc. Lynn also provided photos of different options for me to choose from for linen. I ended up going with the classic floor length linen rather than a specialty linen with ties and it worked out perfectly. All of the linens were freshly pressed and they event had an extra one just in case! Juan (I believe) delivered the rented tables, stage, and linen the day of the party. He called me ahead of time to let me know he was on his and and even showed up a few minutes early! He and his teammate were well organized and set everything up quickly. They both had big smiles and were easy to work with. The party was a 150 person Yelp party and we partnered for a price. The party was a success and I can easily say I am glad that I chose this rental company. All around this company has great customer service and I am going to call them again if I need to rent anything in the future!

It was a great experience in the beginning, quick response and delivery was on time. The crew…read moreforgot one of my fill n chill tables and didn't set up the chairs, but told me they'd be back at 9am with the table and to set up the 48 chairs before my party. Well, they never showed up the next day and after texts and phone calls to the company nobody had the decency to get back to me, and they never showed up. The next day, I received a $50 credit via Zelle, but still nobody bothered to contact me to apologize. I thought that was strange, would think a company would want to follow up when something goes wrong on their end, but I was happy they at least gave me a little money back. BUT THEN, when the crew arrived to take down the tent and tables, I watched one of the crew members drag two large garbage cans that we also rented from them over to where we had all of our coolers from the party and started tossing beers into the trash can to take with him. I was in shock. I opened my door to tell him he couldn't take those and he said he didn't foresee it being a problem, that he was 21. I told him that didn't matter, that he was stealing. I told him it's not like he was taking a couple bottles of water for the crew, which would have absolutely been fine, it was alcohol and obviously more expensive than water. He said ok, he didn't think it was a problem, that other people don't mind. I let him know that I minded, he was sneaky about it and didn't ask, he just started tossing them in the can to take. He said other people didn't mind, and it's likely because they didn't know he took it. Big bummer, because the products I ordered were good, but that one kid made the company look bad. I gave them three stars, taking 2 off for never showing up the next day and for the kid trying to steal beer.
