He asked if I wanted my receipt which I appreciated since not all places do that. Location of the store is not the best as it is tucked back in the Milennia plaza where there is a lot of traffic. But its a good place to shop if you know exactly what you need and don't mind paying higher prices.

All of the staff that I encountered were very friendly and professional. The store was empty on the two occasions that I visited. This left plenty of places to sit down and try on sneakers. They have lots of inventory for the entire family. I found a pair of sneakers that I liked but they did not appear to be the same quality of my other purchases so I passed. I stopped a manager and asked her if she had another pair she told me no, and all her merchandise was out, she offered to wipe the shoes off and sell them to me. They have free shoe fittings and I've always been impressed by their options and fittings. And I've bought numerous shoes from them over the years. They have a wide variety of styles and sizes and are happy to order anything they don't have in store. It's worth the value to get fitted for good quality shoes. They also have a shoe recycling program for old shoes. Staff is friendly and welcoming and they are happy to answer any questions you may have about anything in the store.
