There are so many shops packed into this place that you can easily spend hours just walking around & seeing what catches your eye. There was a lot of foot traffic when I was there, & w/ the FL. heat on top of that, it was a little much @ times. I didn't come here w/ anything specific in mind I just wanted to look around & see what I could find. I didn't find much deals which was a bummer. A lot of the stores were so busy it was hard to get any service. If you like outlet shopping, there's plenty here to keep you busy!

Getting them on sale at least made the pain a little better. This outlet? Well, if you like Robert Graham this is Nirvana. No matter which style you are into more you will find it here and at a great price. The selection makes online sale shopping seem like the dumb idea. Service is great too. Prices are still high for the main merch, but if they have things on Clearance, you can score some pretty good deals. Not as good as Nordstrom Rack, but still good. They have a bunch of different "cool" patterns in both long and short sleeve. I mostly looked at the button downs (or ups?) but I think they had some other stuff as well. They had a super tiny women's section with hardly any selection, so ladies, now you know how we feel at your stores! I'll gladly return to this store and may even suffer through traffic and parking just to come here.

As I'm "slightly" taller than average, this can be a real issue. When I called this store, they said they had it and they kindly set them aside for me. I think the helpful person on the phone could sense the rising panic in my voice... When I arrived, the pants were waiting for me although I found out they were the dreaded button-fly variety. They are in a very heavy tourist area, so the crowds here seem constant. Imagine Christmas crowds all year long. Although they generally have a nice selection of items, the store is usually a mess. I'm sure it's because the employees can't keep up with the constant customer flow. If I'm in the area and want to stop by, I make sure I have plenty of time to work my way around the store and to wait in their long and slow checkout lines. The employees here are usually fine, but seem unmotivated to provide quick or friendly service. Overall, I won't pick this store over other Ross locations, but I also won't avoid it unless I'm short on time or patience.

Even though there were some colorful garments, white and black seemed to be the dominant tones. Most of the dresses, skirts and shorts were rather tight-fitting and didn't come close to the knee. The men's dress shirts were not the type you'd wear to the office. Most everything was very reasonably priced though. The skinny jeans I picked up were $19.99 on sale. Many other circular racks were also marked on sale which means lots of good deals. They also sell ladies skivvies and very sparkly belts. Plus all of their sunglasses are only $7.99 which means you can afford more than one pair!

There were way too many shoes and the sections were too close together, so you would not really be able to bring your cart through some of the aisles. You had to leave your cart parked at the end of the aisle in order to walk down and look through the stuff and then I have to walk back down to your cart to grab it and move to the next aisle. Good assortment of men's street wear brands like billionaire boys club, cookies, hasta la Muerte, ice cream & paper planes. They have cool sneakers too. Went in to pick up an order while traveling. Saw a woman behind the counter with her back turned to…read moreme and indicated that I was picking up an order. She called out for someone who showed up @8 minutes later. She was on a cell phone. I gave the man our last name and he couldn't find the order. There were only 4 packages hanging there and he looked up something on the computer and said the item had come in. The woman was still not facing me and snapped at him to look again. Package located. I looked inside and found 1 item instead of two. He shrugged and said only 1 item was received. Since we're traveling not like we'd be coming back this way. Got back to the car and email that the other item went to another store. Attitude in this store was like I was the problem. Won't go back.
