To make things worse, I had to deal with terrible customer service. No real help, no clear answers - just frustration. Now I'm stuck waiting for two separate payment holds to be processed so I can get my money back, all because of their mistake and poor inventory system. This entire experience was an inconvenience from start to finish. Academy has lost me as a customer, and I'll be telling my family to avoid shopping here as well.
