Three years ago, my regular cleaners told me that they could no longer work with me (moving out of town). I interviewed a few companies, but Angie really impressed me because I could tell she was organized and committed to providing a top notch service. At the same time, however, I had a friend who cleaned homes and was in need of a job, so I alternated between her and Angie's crew. Angie always could help me out in a pinch and her cleaners are super fast but very thorough (the benefit of having a team of cleaners rather than one person of course). I used her services sporadically throughout the past three years and she always came through for me, even tried her best when she was completely booked. This is crucial when you are relying on income from a STR and need last minute reservations when they come through. When my friend gave her notice this past spring, I actually felt like it was going to be ok, because I had a company that had proven themselves to be dependable and loyal to their customers. The first question I asked upon contacting you was, are you accepting new customers? You said, yes. Had you just said, "we are not currently accepting new customers because our schedule does not permit or we are full," that would've been more accurate, understanding and honest. Oh and I'm well aware of the temperature outdoors but this is the profession you chose. Stay cool and hydrated and I wish you all well. This company came highly rated on Facebook (first mistake). I don't care for Facebook and have since deleted the app. So, I decided to reach out anyway, (second mistake). The man who operates this business, Samuel is not honest, have no integrity and doesn't know much about customer service. I initially reached out and asked if he was accepting new lawns and his reply was, "Yes you looking for something weekly or bi-weekly." I said, weekly. A week later, he was suppose to give me a quote via email, that never happened, I called him several times and eventually texted him and told him not to return my call... I don't like how he operates business. I cannot recommend him at all. He comes across as duplicitous and dishonest. How can you say you are accepting new business if your schedule is so full? Just another day in bizzaro land here! I need to get myself out of the South and back to common sense territory.

The good: I got my fence motor fixed. And that summarizes the good…read more The bad: 1) company took a 400$ deposit , for two weeks, when I followed up I just got a moving date for the part to arrive. 2 weeks is a long time to have my deposit and no satisfactory response. 2) technician took one of my remotes by mistake, company couldnt figure out whether technician had it or not, even promised me a new one. The original appeared eventually. 3) $225 for a commercial service fee, never mentioned. On the final bill, and the original discussion was 400$ for the appointment to b adjusted at final bill. Bottom line : their estimates are NOT free. The 225 took away most of the 400 deposit so whats the use? 4) the fenced is not balanced and doesn't close properly, it was mentioned that it would be fixed, NOT. Wanted 250$ for 2 manpower hours. The whole bill was $1335 with parts and labor. Cant thighten a screw as a cortesy, and totally leave the gates proper? Very disappointed, prices excessive , I dont recommend. Company has to be at the high end, there must b companies out there more reasonable.
