The first question I asked upon contacting you was, are you accepting new customers? You said, yes. Had you just said, "we are not currently accepting new customers because our schedule does not permit or we are full," that would've been more accurate, understanding and honest. Oh and I'm well aware of the temperature outdoors but this is the profession you chose. Stay cool and hydrated and I wish you all well. This company came highly rated on Facebook (first mistake). I don't care for Facebook and have since deleted the app. So, I decided to reach out anyway, (second mistake). The man who operates this business, Samuel is not honest, have no integrity and doesn't know much about customer service. I initially reached out and asked if he was accepting new lawns and his reply was, "Yes you looking for something weekly or bi-weekly." I said, weekly. A week later, he was suppose to give me a quote via email, that never happened, I called him several times and eventually texted him and told him not to return my call... I don't like how he operates business. I cannot recommend him at all. He comes across as duplicitous and dishonest. How can you say you are accepting new business if your schedule is so full? I have had a horrible experience. I hired them through LawnStarter…read more First, they missed a very large section of my yard. Instead of a redo I received a partial lawnstarter reimbursement. Last Saturday I got a "tell us how we did text"... they had not come out, the grass was just as long as it was the night before especially the large section that was missed two weeks before. Five days later they come back (in the rain) and do a really poor job. A styrofoam cup must have blown into my yard and instead of moving it they mowed it causes tiny pieces to spread. There were piles of grass everywhere, tires ripped up grass and created muddy tracks, a bush in my backyard was irresponsibly cut and the worst part was my rose bush was just completely gone. No trace. When I contacted them they said "I don't know about a rose bush"... even tho they have managed to avoid it for the past three plus months. It's the first thing I planted at my new house and I am baffled that this company simply mowed over it.
