Do NOT use this business! I ordered rims and tires - over $2000 worth. Took 4 months to get. Lies…read moreand run-arounds with these people. They do not return calls. Then when I finally got them, they are the wrong rims, they lost my custom socket for the lugs and didn't do the work correctly. While in, I asked them to fix my tail pipe. I was charged for the repair in which I then had to go elsewhere to have it fixed correctly. I'm still waiting for a socket for my rims. No return calls ever from these people. I cannot believe they have lasted this long in business with the lack of customer service and lack of professionalism. I would never take a vehicle here again and recommend that no one else does.

Went back in and told him forget it. He then came out to my car and attempted to hook it up himself and couldn't figure it out. So I left with no help- had to go elsewhere. There were 2 other employees standing around doing nothing and they didnt offer to help either.

I got a rock put through my back window on my car from a lawnmower. I filed an insurance claim through progressive. Ken Barretts was able to get my car in the very next day, which was wonderful! I drop the car off first thing in the morning, and it was ready to be picked up within the day. I just live around the corner. So it was easy to walk to. When I opened my trunk, I could hear glass shards from the broken window still inside of the door. And some pieces were spilling out. It got to the point where these pieces were jamming the mechanism to keep my back hatch locked. Because it was Saturday (took it in Friday) night by the time I realized it, there was nothing I could do. I did my best to get it to close, but it popped open while driving. Now I have it tapped down, hoping it won't happen on my way to work (I work on sundays.) Very disappointed that they didn't do the job all the way. They got my $50 deductible and paid from the insurance. Will be taking it back on Monday for them to fix. ** always double check your vehicle before you leave any mechanic

I brought my 2013 Ford Edge to Kolb Family Automotive for multiple electrical issues including…read moreclimate control problems, windshield wipers not working, an airbag light, and service advance trac warnings. Their online scheduling system originally booked my appointment incorrectly for 4/2 instead of 4/3, but they did agree to still look over the vehicle, which I appreciated. After diagnosing the vehicle on 4/3, they contacted me with recommended repairs and I approved the work. My vehicle remained there for over two weeks and I picked it up after hours on Friday, 4/24. Immediately after pickup, I realized several of the original issues were still unresolved. The windshield wipers still did not work, the airbag light was still on, and later I discovered my backup camera no longer worked and the ambient temperature display now only showed dashes instead of a reading. I texted them that same evening regarding the unresolved issues. A few days later, I was told the wipers had essentially been forgotten about after another repair was completed and that the airbag concern was not something they worked on due to liability reasons -- something that was never communicated to me upfront despite being one of the main reasons I brought the vehicle in. The only repair that appears improved are the brakes, however now the vehicle shakes while braking. I can finally turn the heat off, but now my AC no longer works either. What was most disappointing to me was the lack of follow-up afterward. I sent a respectful message explaining my concerns after picking the vehicle up and never received any response. At that point, it stopped feeling like an honest mistake and started feeling like my concerns simply were not important. I understand older vehicles can be difficult to diagnose, but after spending a significant amount of money and being without my vehicle for over two weeks, I expected better communication, more thorough follow-through, and confirmation that the original concerns had actually been resolved before returning the vehicle. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed with the experience.

Since it was under warranty I did not want to attempt to mess with carburetor or jets ... Was told it would take up to 4 weeks , backlogged , spoke to Joe telling me he would try to put a rush on it .... Get Email 3 days later telling me I need a new carburetor and cost would be $650.00 I freaked out writing I payed $3500.00 for the whole tractor , jets must be dirty , does not need a whole carburetor.. Spoke to service manager Ron and told him my issue , told me he would look into it ... 2 days later called me told me it's done ... Went there did not know what I was going to get into ? I know I would take the tractor back myself and fix it if I had to ... But was not paying a dime ? After going into Ron's office had a conversation , he told me that people come in all the time claiming warranty warranty but warranty covers only malfunctioning parts like cracked mower deck or faulty battery, alternator or solenoid , a piece of tractor that is defective ... After that conversation he said listen , we will take the hit on this 1but I then became aware and learned about warranty and what they encompass , Ron is an admiral man and gave me the time I needed and information I needed without any charge even though I did not purchase my John Deere from Landpro ... This says a lot for this business and in the future is just the right reason I would consider buying a new piece of equipment from them ...
