This has happened to me on multiple occasions. It's deeply frustrating for people who work insane hours to take the time to drive over (with plenty of time to spare), only to be told in a very brusque manner that they aren't accepting any more cars. It should be noted that other locations don't seem to have this problem- it seems to be a quirk of workplace culture specific to this particular location.

I used Jason Leo's in 2024 when I had a serious puncture on one tire. They are nearby to my…read morelocation so getting to a station for service nearby was important. I inflated the punctured tire and was there in under 4 minutes, left my vehicle off and walked back home. They had my tired repaired an hour later and I picked up my vehicle. I was truly impressed in how I was a walk-in with no appointment, yet, they squeezed me in on very short notice and I was on my way in short time! When shopping for new 4 new tires in Fall 2025, I certainly wanted to get a quote from them and it was very competitive to anyone else around. They don't offer free puncture repair or free rotation, but, that wasn't a critical requirement and I also felt I owed a local/Vermont company my business over using a national chain store, taking into account the puncture repair done there in 2024. I dropped off my vehicle for the 9am appointment and my car was ready at 10:40am and ready to go! Impressive! I had a few questions later in the day regarding TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) and stopped by to ask and had all questions answered clearly and completely. Well done! My vehicle will be out of warranty soon and due to both the short distance from my home, but, also and more importantly, the quality of work done here and the promptness to get me in and out so well, I'll be a customer here,... ongoing. For my first experience at Jason Leo's with a pricey investment into my vehicle, I'm feeling that I'm in very good hands and made the right choice of where to get my work done.

Great service ! I drive professionally and came here last…read moreweek for a walk in oil change. Unlike the nearby national chain, they answered the phone, I was instantly greeted by a mechanicon arrival, and then again by the receptionist. Immediate attention, back on the road quickly (45 min) I will definitely be back!

The toughest thing about writing a five-star review is... what can one say that hasn't been said…read moreover and over? This place is great! Their prices are fair; they are totally professional; they go out of their way to make sure repairs are only those needed. I'm a car guy, but I don't mess with air conditioning. The air conditioning in my Jeep failed suddenly and through sheer good fortune I landed here. Despite no appointment, they managed to squeeze me in during the recent heat wave. In a matter of minutes they diagnosed my problem and gave me a written estimate to repair. But the part needed wasn't immediately available so I would need to return the next business day. No problem. As a car guy, I was watching the ebb and flow of the waiting area very closely. What I saw was nothing but fair and honest dealing. No "upselling". No attempts to badger customers into unneeded repairs. In a couple of cases I saw them actually "down-sell" by persuading the customer that all they needed at the time was a less expensive fix. Honesty such as this is uncommon in the auto repair business. We hear stories and witness predatory practices in this industry. So it's VERY refreshing to see a business that's run above board, fairly, and honestly. Keep up the good work, New England Automotive!!!
