    I've taken my son to two of their barbers, and both times we left the shop happy & handsome! Thank you for taking such good care of my baby boy. :) My baby was taken to another barber shop and they butchered his haircut so badly I thought I was going to have to buzz him bald. Luckily, Varouj is a master barber and he salvaged my baby's haircut. It's perfect. Thank you!!

    I came for the first time and got a terrible haircut and sat on the chair for almost 2 hours because I went with someone who was new. I didn't make a big deal and decided to book with Jimmy 2 week after because he came to finish up the haircut towards the end. I came a week after my bad experience as a walk in on a weekend and went with an Armenian guy who was actually very good and talented. I still had my appointment with Jimmy the week after at 7:30pm. The same day at around 2pm he texts me saying he can't get me as he has someone else booked. Fine I didn't say anything and asked if he can get me the same day and similar time a week after. He didn't answer me after multiple texts to him and also a couple phone calls. Once he responded it was very unclear and I asked him to call me. He never called me back especially when I asked him to and I called him. He states he prides himself on good customer service and I state to pride my self as a good customer. If Jimmy continues like this, the shop will slowly die or not get new customers. Thanks Jimmy for the great experience. You can check the messages below and tell me who's wrong and who's right.

    Fade and haircut...on POINT! Nelson does it again!

    Texted my man Nelson for an appointment a few days ago and he replied immediately! He accommodated me fairly quick at a time that worked for me and the rest was cake. Since day one, his service and precision has always been on point. Crisp lines, precise and symmetric beard and a cold beer! I've never had a bad experience when I come here and there is always a final approval check up before he even lets me off the chair. You enter, the ambiance is great, you're offered a drink, have a seat on the comfortable bench and then the fun starts... ‍... cheers. I can only hope he returns to the valley!

    First time here Izzy took my nephew on A sunday Morning and she did a great job !! Really nice and clean shop . She worked really quick and gave some good recommendations for his hair style . Thank you so much we love it !!! We will be back

    Didn't give a price and he charged 40 for a buzz cut fade and it was not even good lol 1st and last time going there

    Cool spot to take my son for a haircut. The barber took his time and the lineup was tight. This is my go-to barbershop from now on.

    Nine months ago, I had an excellent review. Today is a different story. Last Friday I bought my…read morehair color that I've been purchasing from them 7-00and 8-00. The next morning I colored my hair for an event and when I opened the box for 7-00, it was half a tube of 6-00.Easy mistake. They have a hair salon next-door could've happened. I can see how it can happen. Not a big deal. What is a big deal is how Michelle, the buyer/manager treated me. When I first called her up, I asked to speak to the manager and she said the manager was not in and that she's the buyer she could help me. I told her the story, she said, you cannot return used hair color. I said, it's not a color I used. It's an incorrect color in the tube that I purchased. She said bring it in. I'll match the number with my inventory number and if it's there, I'll take care of you. I was a little frustrated and annoyed at that but I'm like OK. I couldn't go in until Tuesday. And she was not in. The person behind the counter (very nice ) took a picture of the product and my receipt and said she was sending the picture right then and a message. So I left. ***note*** it was at this time that I asked the person behind the counter if Michelle, was the buyer and the manager, and she said yes. *** I come back the next day, Thursday. So I call before heading in. Once again, I asked to speak to the manager and she wants to know who's calling. So, I asked to speak to the buyer, and she's ready to talk. Then, I tell her I'm the one who her associate sent the hair color box and my receipt. And it's frustrating because she acts like she has zero idea what this is about but then immediately says it did not match my inventory number. So that upset me. And I tell her, " that's not true" and she says well you only bought 800. And I said no, if you look at my receipt, it shows I bought two colors!! Now,I'm very frustrated because the finger is being pointed at me and I'm the customer!! I have been calling now three times to resolve this issue. And in her tone, she says how she's not trying to give me a hard time, and I said it seems like you are. And then she says come into the store. We're open from whatever to whatever and hangs up. I get to the store and she is there. I say are you Michelle the buyer, and she says yes. I said I'm the one who's trying to return the color. And she acts like she has no idea, again, about what I'm talking about. So, one more time I have to tell her the entire story. And she knows it. I know she knows. She's not dumb. She is the manager and the buyer. She's capable. She's just playing some kind of terrible game with a customer who's trying to resolve a $13 issue. And that is how I feel. And this is why I won't be returning to the store again and why I had her remove my points that I had and the ability to earn points. I deleted the app. I will never go to the store again because of her, Michelle, the manager, that she does not want to admit that she is. And the buyer She could not have been more rude to me if she tried! Her whole tone, her demeanor, her handling of the products, her body language, her look at me. It was just not a good thing to happen for a $13 product. Of which I had the box and the receipt for. And I brought in the other box that I purchased. And before I left, I raised my voice and I said you are so rude. You're not a nice person and she said I'm sorry, I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry she kept saying that. I'm like you're not sorry, you could've handled this differently. You're rude. Your customer service is terrible. the whole time she kept saying, I'm sorry. And I left. As I was walking out, she yells FORGIVE AND FORGET. And I replied, I will forgive, but I'm never gonna forget. And sadly, I won't. And I liked the store. They had great product. There is another lady that was there, that was always very nice. But if a little mistake happens, their buyer/ manager is not the person to resolve that issue. She is horrible. I cannot say that enough.

    I've driven by this place hundreds of times, and I've FINALLY walked in. I wish I'd done it…read moresooner!! Found a hair product that is NEVER sold at CVS and now that Rite Aid is closing down, they hardly have any products at all!! This hair product is good for adding color and more substance to an area of your head that you feel needs some help. There are different shades which is great. The price is reasonable and lasts quite a while. I walked around a little, and looked at similar products, but the price was higher. Since I had some time, I explored the store and found many beauty products. the prices seem reasonable. Some of the stuff looked a little old so I would recommend checking for the expiration date. Plenty of free parking in a large shared lot.
