As someone said, be prepared to wait. I've been to her twice and both times had to wait an hour…read morepast my appt time to see her. This time in 2020 was even longer since they had to dilate my eyes (didn't tell me in advance). They don't accept vision insurance so I had to pay for the whole visit (I have high deductible medical insurance). I did have a medical issue so that was ok, just fyi. The dilation cost an extra $50 (which I was not told at the time). I actually didn't want it, but the aide said the doctor wouldn't see me if I didn't. I had to go back to work and didn't want blurry vision. It's not that they used the high-tech machine which I know costs more. The cost was $185 in all. As a patient it's hard breathe when you have a mask on and your face pushed into the machine. The front desk worker at the window didn't have a mask on, but patient were required to wear one. I think she later put one on when I came back to the window. The Dr is very nice and I think she's a good doctor but not worth waiting that long There were three office workers and you'd think they'd plan longer appointment times for patients, since she takes so long. I'll find a new ophthalmologist next time.

She said since i had not been there in 5 yrs i needed and exam, i told her i had said i just had an exam... then she got more defensive and said the front desk does not tell them why patients are here... and i am like i just told you i had a full eye exam two months ago! Now she is upset because i am speaking back to her in the same tone she spoke to me.... it is 1 pm i have been here since 10:15! What a mess! Dr had done my skin tags before and was never my exam doctor so i never thought they would try to do an exam on me ... a total mess of an office!

Overall, the procedure delivered as advertised, and I'm happy with the results - I can see clearly…read morewithout glasses. Unfortunately, the post-op experience was very disappointing. The mandatory follow-up felt disorganized and impersonal. All patients were scheduled at the same time, which made the process feel rushed and overcrowded rather than patient-focused. The "lifetime warranty" was emphasized in a way that felt more like pressure than a benefit. I was told the follow-up appointment would take 15-20 minutes, but it ended up taking closer to two hours. For comparison, the actual procedure only took about 40 minutes. There didn't seem to be much respect for patients' time, and I was not given the option to reschedule. Hearing explanations about staffing call-outs during an appointment related to my vision did not inspire confidence. Bottom line: great results from the procedure itself, but the customer service and follow-up experience need significant improvement.

I had to BEG him for training because half the time he would yap on about inappropriate topics. Last Friday I finally had enough and reported him to HR after he said, and I quote, that one of the new hire girls "looks like a baby fresh out of high school." So they sent me to another location, telling me I would have another trainer since I WASNT TRAINED PROPERLY and fired me shortly after for not knowing how to do my job properly, again because I was not trained properly. This practice is a joke. Do not work here

Last year-my eye exam showed I was starting to go blind. So, I had to prepare for eye surgeries on…read moreboth of my eyes, two weeks apart. Dr. Kimberly Reardon(great doctor) was my doctor, but she does not do the surgery that I needed. So, I had to switch to Dr. Freidl. She is wonderful! She did two surgeries at the same time on my left eye first and then two weeks later, the other eye. I no longer have to wear glasses. First time since the 6th grade! I got the "Mono" lenses. You see up close with one lens and far away with the other. If I had my choice to do it all over again, I would choose lenses to distance only. I feel "MONO" lenses confuses my eyes(& brain)! It was a choice I wanted to make, so I have to live with it. I had Glaucoma(i had it done 5 years ago too)and Cataract surgeries. Insurance does not pay for the lenses(unless your on Medicare). I paid about $6000.00 for the lenses and for the surgery center fees. That bites! My re-checks went well. I am pretty content now. I am GLAD WE CAUGHT IT EARLY.
