I come here for ALL of my tire needs…read more Fantastic crew, great prices, they give it to you real. No up selling. Honest and lovely people. Shout out to Manny and Tony. During my last visit, where I came to replace the tire monitor sensors (which Manny helped me find for a GREAT low low price), they noticed my tires were near death. They are great about explaining issues and showing you comparisons. I never feel like this team is trying to upsell me. They saved me!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Commercial Tire Center. I chose this shop because…read moreI expected professional service and quality workmanship, but unfortunately, the entire experience was frustrating from beginning to end. I brought my truck in to have a new set of tires installed, and my vehicle has brand-new wheels that were in perfect condition before the appointment. When I picked up my truck, I immediately noticed that multiple rims had been scratched during the tire installation. Instead of acknowledging the damage and taking responsibility, the staff denied accountability and refused to repair or compensate me for the damage they caused. A reputable business should stand behind its work and take care of its customers when mistakes happen, but that was not the case here. What made the situation even worse was the pricing. Before the work was performed, I was quoted $2,200 for the job. After everything was completed, I was presented with a final bill of $2,950--an increase of $750 over the original quote. I was never properly informed or asked to approve this significant price increase before the work was completed. Transparency and honesty are essential when dealing with customers, and this experience showed a complete lack of both. The combination of damaged property, refusal to accept responsibility, and unexpected additional charges left me feeling completely taken advantage of. When customers trust a business with expensive vehicles and aftermarket wheels, they expect those vehicles to be treated with care and respect. Instead, my truck was returned with damaged rims and a bill that was substantially higher than what I had agreed to. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I believe other customers deserve to know what happened. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Commercial Tire Center. I strongly encourage anyone considering this shop to document the condition of their vehicle beforehand, get every detail of the estimate in writing, and make sure any price changes are approved before work begins. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

After spending many frustrating hours in my garage trying to install trailer brakes myself, I…read morefinally decided to call a professional. It was the best decision I could have made. I needed free-backing drum brakes installed on my boat trailer, along with all the wiring. My trailer originally didn't have brakes, and I thought it would be a simple project--but I was completely wrong. I found this company on Google, gave them a call, and just three days later they came out to do the installation. My first impression was excellent. They were friendly, professional, and even cracked a few jokes while explaining exactly what they were going to do and how long the job would take. Their work truck was clean, they were well-organized, and all three technicians were professional and respectful. I left them working in my garage while I went to work, and when I came home a few hours later, everything was finished. The installation was outstanding. My garage was spotless, the brake system looked professionally installed, and all the wiring was neatly hidden inside the trailer frame instead of hanging underneath. The attention to detail really stood out. I've already put a few hundred miles on the trailer and launched my boat several times, and everything has worked flawlessly. I highly recommend them for any trailer brake installation or trailer repair. I'm extremely happy with the quality of their work. Thank you!

I hadn't done it before, so I asked if I could hang out, watch and learn so I at least know what's going on inside there. Well my wheels didn't have nearly enough grease from the factory so it's good I had them come by, they replaced bearings and adjusted brakes, I'm confident in their work and know I'm safe on the road. Legit the kindest people you could ask for, thorough and know their stuff. I ask questions, they can answer them and explain what they're looking at and looking for. There's a reason their reviews are great, this is who you want to take care of your vehicles.
