On May 22nd, I scheduled a two-hour cleaning for Monday, June 14th (it appeared the schedule was confirmed). On June 10th I received an email stating they still had not found anyone to come and clean m house. I received another email on June 13th stating they did not have anyone to come and clean my house and to pick another date. I picked Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of the same week - when I logged it my appointment was set for Thursday, June 17th. Once again on the 16th, I received an email indicating they did not have anyone to come and clean my house and to pick another date. Tried one last time for today - and when I logged in, the appointment was set for today at 11:00 AM. At 10:59 AM I received this notification "unfortunately, no cleaner accepted your request. Please submit a new request". Nope I am done!! DO NOT, I repeat, to NOT waste your time with this company. I see they are still advertising openings online. Do NOT give them your money!!!

I double-checked my appointment that day before. If there is no one can show up, they have to let me know about it when I contacted for double checking. They also said "See you tomorrow." But contacting me after 10minutes has passed with no-show and just telling me they weren't unable to get cleaners in there on-time, and want to reschedule? Waste of time.
