The owner, Travis, came to my house at 7am Monday, to check the furnace which could not be fixed, it would have to be replaced and brought me 2 space heaters - to keep the house warm until his crew could replace it, Monday schedule was already full but would have it fixed on Tues. 7:15 am Tuesday, two great employees arrived ready to work. Explained what they would be doing, so there would be no surprises. 2hr and 30 minutes later I had to a new furnace. They removed the old parts and left the work area cleaner than it was when they arrived. New thermostat was installed, that was easier to program. The young men were kind and treated me with respect.
