This review is for the Fort Lauderdale location on Commercial Blvd. I had an excellent experience getting my 2007 FJ Cruiser lifted 3 inches along with new tires and an alignment. I would like to specifically recognize Armando, who has been extremely helpful to me throughout the entire process, both in educating me on what I should get and what needs to be done. Communication is great, quality of work is great, and pricing is very fair. Work is done efficiently in a reasonable time frame and Armando is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. These guys are great. Had my tires road force balanced and truck rides better than factory. But what makes this place stand out is the service. 6 months after balance I broke a valve stem on my tire and as soon as I showed up with a flat tire the fixed it in no time. While all other shops told me no or drop off and pick up 8 hours later these guys had it done in no time. Well worth the drive here. I live over 40 min away and still will make the ride here to get my truck worked on. read more

I honestly do not know where to start. Both me and my boyfriend got work done in our cars this past month or so. My car is not complete. I drove it off and I got Christmas lights on my dashboard. I called in and I was told to bring in after 500 miles then my emergency brake light came on and then I started to feel part of the the same issue that I had when I initially brought the car in so, it was only half fixed. When the car was finished the owner Adrian was driving it and I have no idea how in the world he did not feel that the tire was still making that stuttering feeling as you drive it. After I left, I looked at my invoice which was completely wrong. They were charging me an additional $500 which which come to find out it ended up being their financial lady's' fault who "supposedly" confused my car for somebody else's car and charged me for their parts. Like that's my problem! What type of incompetent mess is that ?? I finally got that all sorted out, but that required me to be PETTY Betty and Detective Nancy. As far as my boyfriend is concerned, he got a lift and wheels put on his truck.oSo we finally picked up his car. Everything was done in a timely fashion, and we ended up with one cap missing on one of the wheels that he purchased. The wheels seemed to be scuffed up we don't know if that was done in transit or during installation, but it was kept from us, and it looked like they tried to cover it up with sharpie, pen. It's been just over a month. The first time the wheels came in only three caps came in and the second time it was supposedly cracked the third time it was lost in transit. Finally the fourth time ....... We finally received today and they ordered the wrong cap. I am Absolutely flabbergasted they could have such an oversight with such an irate customer who received subpar customer service and car work, who keeps calling every morning. Stay on top of your stuff. I should've known better when the day I walked in a customer of theirs said that they had their car fixed and they tried to take shortcuts on their car and they ended up finding it out themselves. DO NOT BRING YOUR PRECIOUS CAR HERE IF YOU WANT IT TO LIVE OR IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR MONEY! read more

I dropped my truck off for a tire change and a alignment. It was there for 2 days with barely no calls or information about what's going on with it. I even called many times with no answer, I had to drive there and ask what was going on with it in person. they finished it about an hour later telling me the alignment was good. I drove 5 minutes down the road and it still pulls to the right.... ( this was my second time going there and last my first time was equally as disappointing with the alignment) save your time and money with another shop. read more

I don't trust anyone with my truck except Champion 4x4. I take my truck to them exclusively for any work needed and accessories I want installed. They are fair and honest. The work is high quality and they do not pressure you to do unnecessary work. They will point things out to you and physically show any repair work to you, not like other shops that tell you that you need work done but don't take the time to physically show you what's wrong or could be about to go bad. This place is great. Went to have 2 tires installed. They did that and noticed I needed tie rods. He showed how bad they were and gave me a price. Did not pressure me to get them right then just said it was something that needed to be done so i made an appointment for the following week and got it done. Took the truck said it would be a couple hours and they would call me. They did exactly that. Listen Champions are built here. The other shops in the area are uppity jerks who don't actually know anything. They just blast every painted surface with raptor liner and call it a day, but not these guys! The guys down here are so nice you almost have to just hand over your money. Chris, Phil and the guys in the garage treat you like you belong and aren't afraid or too annoyed answer your questions. They treat you with respect and take a genuine interest in your build. I went from stock to A Beast Built By Champion in a week and I couldn't be happier! They got a long time customer and i plan to send all my jeep buds here. Its already hard not being obsessed as a Jeeper as is, but imagine if you were driving my 'BlaqBerri' . I did a 3in lift, wheels and tires one week and came back the next week to do lighting upgrades and the tire carrier both times were great experiences. If you own a Jeep or truck and need anything done do yourself a favor and go here! I've lived in Broward my whole life and had my trucks at a number of shops, none even come close to champion 4x4. Had my 2017 Ram lifted by one shop, it made clunks and rode bad, brought it to another shop in pompano, they checked it out and it was still making noises and rode bad, brought it to champion 4x4 and Phil helped get the alignment perfect, recommended a new suspension setup, even called me to tell me exactly what was wrong with my truck, they're very involved. Now the truck is at a higher lift than before and rides better than stock, these guys know what they're doing and turn around time is fast. Do your truck/Jeep the favor, I swear by this place! Absolutely worst customer service experience ever imaginable. They were extremely rude and ended up costing me an over an additional $1,000 in repairs back at the dealership. What should have been a 1 day lift kit turned into a week long ordeal when one of their mechanics injured their hand on my project. Understandable, accidents happen, but they refused to put another mechanic on my truck because they "have their own projects." They refused to help cover a rental while they held my vehicle hostage. When I was finally able to pick it up over a week later the brake lines had obviously not been adequately bleed. The brake pedal went completely to the floor. They refused to bleed the lines and instead told me to pump the brakes when I need to stop. Furthermore now my radio does not work. When I called back in they told me they were not responsible for the radio cause they didn't touch it. I complained about my experience and the manager said "well how do you think I feel, I should charge you for the extra days on the lift."
