Making an appointment is so easy, since she always answers the phone by the third ring. When I arrived at the salon, she greeted me warmly with a smile and she was ready to begin her services on my hair. She was very informative. Explained in full what she was going to do step by step. Answered all of my questions happily and is really great to talk with. She is very kind and has fantastic manners. My hair has never looked better. She got my entire long(26") head of hair to a beautiful blue black, jet black. (From another hair stylists poor job of blotchy black, brown-black.) She dyed my eyebrows jet black with a special dye. There was absolutely no mess around my forehead, ears, nape of neck, or eyebrows. I asked for a deep conditioning treatment she applied that and massaged it into my head/hair. I always opt for air dry because my hair drys beautifully without any heat. She sprayed my hair with leave in conditioner and gave me a brand new black detangling brush, that she took out of the package to detangle my hair with. Near the beginning she had asked me if I like black. I said yup. I Wasn't sure if she was referring to my black hair or my nails that had just been shellaced black. But I think it was actually for the brush, she is very thoughtful. So for all of my services it cost me $118. $85 for full long hair color $25 for leave in treatment $6 for dying eyebrows + tip Her services are absolutely fantastic, and I will 150% be going back. The hair was much better quality, the length- you get exactly what you want. The prices- way cheaper. Plus there is a 3 day return policy which is unheard of online with toppers and wigs, take a look at Highline wigs. This update is not an attack on Maria Jaggard salon. Hair loss is a very stressful depressing thing. I want everyone who deals with hair loss to have a chance at feeling whole again without the added stress of being banned as a customer for no reason. I've been growing my hair for years and she just grabbed a blade and chopped it all off. She kept cutting and cutting and instead of detangling my hair, she grabbed a blade again and chopped off some pieces. When I told her that I didn't like it, she started rolling her eyes, was blaming me and she never apologized for my hair and the bad service I received. She just got mad and told the manager it was my fault. The manager of the salon was amazing though. She listened to my concerns (even though the hairstylist tried to cut me off multiple times) and offered that another hairstylist fixed my hair. She placed me with an awesome lady that was very nice and tried to make me feel good about my haircut. She blended my layers and even out my hair since it was all choppy and awful, and it looked a little better.
