Firstly - Tamara is amazing! She worked with me from the original inspection, to meeting with the insurance adjuster to monitoring the work and inspecting the final job. Her communication was thorough and timely and really helped with the process since we were out of town for some weeks between the storm and start of the replacement. The crew replaced my roof on the hottest day of the year (I felt so sorry for those guys) and did a great job, including a really thorough clean up afterward. The insurance check came through quickly and I was able to pay them today. They did the inspection for free and never asked for any upfront funds throughout the process. Having some slight (and very old) experience with roofing, it was a well done and timely job from start to finish, despite Mother Nature's best efforts to slow it down with torrential rains for the last week! Again, you can't go wrong with this company, and you will not find a better advocate than Tamara!

Since that time, we've had two windows replaced because of streaking between the two pieces of glass all covered under the warranty. This year, one side of the patio door had streaking, but instead of replacing the one door, they replaced both doors as well as installing a new frame. We have lived in the house for 36 years and I wish we would have replaced the windows and the patio door sooner.
