Pros: + Roasted asparagus was crunchy and young. Not old and woody like at Stanford's. + Good tasting aus ju sauce and creamy horseradish. + Secure packaging for delivery. + Order was accurate. + Decently priced. Appropriate value. Neutral * White cheddar mac and cheese was good, but nothing to write home about. Smooth texture. I wish it was packaged in a separate container so that the juices from steak and asparagus wouldn't seep into it at the bottom. Cons: - Prime rib lacked flavor and character. Needs more seasoning. Meat could use more freshness. - I ordered medium rare and it was more medium rare wild; could have used a tad more cooking time. That being said, I rather that they erred on the side of caution and made more rare than well done. I always finish my steak, but I had to throw away a few ounces for this one. Since the taste of PR was unremarkable, I likely won't order it from here again. However, I am open to trying their ribeye and other side options. More to come in an updated review.
