Set up properly, and with well trained cashiers, you can achieve a 90-95% first choice fullfilment figure, at least I was able to in 1995 with nothing more sophisticated than Z80 mivroprocessors and landline telephone notifications. I realize that systems communications are far more complex these days; however an investment in some better integrated IT servicewill increase your fullfilment index by 15% or more, conservatively. I am absolutely certain of that number, and you should be able to do even better. No, I am not coming out of retirement to help, but I will use your service again. They offered the same bottle but no glasses (obviously a less expense item) for the same price I already prepaid with my credit card. I countered with an item that was also on my ordert that was slightly more expensive. They said no. I canceled my order and created a new order (as was discussed with a store representative]. As I was picking up my order at the store, I asked if they would get it ready shortly after I placed my revised order online. After roughly 10 minutes I called the store as there online portal was still showing the store has yet to recieve my order. They informed me they had recieved my revised order shortly after it was placed. At this tiem I was informed that another item was not in stiock - this item was on the original order. I was not informed on the first call and only when I called to check the status of my revised order was I informed another item was not in stock. Had to cancel this order as well. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NOT WANTING TO DO WHATS BEST FOR THE CUSTOMER. OKAY FOR ME TO PURCHASE SOMETHING OF LESSER VALUE FOR THE SAME PRICE, BUT THEY WERE UNWILLING TO TO DO THE SAME.
